Came to pick up my food just to get here and my food is gone. The manager try to be slick rude but I caught it and checked it. Who ever run this franchise need to start all over with the staff cause this isn’t it.

Not sure if it's because it just opened but this is the worst Chipotle I've ever been to. Went there twice and twice the serving station had very little food, it looked tired and old and it was. No one had the wherewithal to refill and make it look appealing. Maybe the owner(s) should hang around and give some guidance, I say that as an ex business owner. I will go out of my way to Central Ave or the one off the Saw Mill Pkwy before I go back there. Sorry, I hate giving bad reviews, I hope this is a wakeup call for the owner(s).

Let me preface this review by saying that this location is on the block that I live on. This is a very high volume area during peak hours like lunch and dinner.
I have been at this location for a total of 3 times. Once I ordered inside and twice I ordered on the app. During all encounters the customer service was good and the employees pleasant and nice. The pick up window was delayed once due to other people's orders.
With regards to wait time, I am used to having to wait at the McDonalds across the street for the last 10 years I've lived here; so a new establishment trying to get their bearings soon after opening doesn't bother me. Just plan to pick up at least 20 min after the pick up time to avoid disappointment. You can't control other people and their orders.
I am hoping that they work out the kinks in the next few months but it won't stop me from going.

Drive through window is vacant. Literally looking at my food through the window with no one there to hand it to me. 10 Minutes later i get my food only find out that the brown rice had hard pieces of rice in it. Literally portions of the rice tasted undercooked and hard. Never again.

I ordered a burrito bowl by delivery with Uber Eats. I got less food in my bowl than if I went in person. Just the way it is. I would give 4 stars, but wanted to give 5 stars because the food is good and the atmosphere when I go in person is very nice, like any other Chipotle. And also I love Chipotle .-)

Honestly the best chipotle I’ve had in a very long time. The meat was not dry, the rice was cooked perfectly and everything was great temperature. I sat down to eat which I never do but the music called to me. The music was like chill house vibes. Reminiscent to what you’d hear at beach club or sea side bar. Def my new go to location! Ps try the red chimi!
