Rude employees… I asked the cashier a question and a male Hispanic employee started laughing at me. This was on Saturday, 11/29/2025 at about 8:13pm. He has slanted eyes and I believe a mustache. I was so tempted to leave the $30 stuff there. Employees like him forget that they have a job because of the customers. Without customers, you won’t have a job and the business can’t survive. This male employee does not deserve to be working there. Very disrespectful and I will not be back.

I ordered through Uber and I got my order on the time expected, I live in White Plains so the expected time was about 45 minutes, my courier was very pleasant and explained that due to the distance my order took a little extra time. My issue is with the Uber Eats and Cinnabon store. My order was incomplete and when I tried to get in touch with Uber Eats I didn’t get any response, so I called the Cinnabon store. All I get from whoever answered my call was a sassy comment. I asked him if they check the orders before they leave the store or the couriers do it, and he responded that they, the employees, make sure everything is in the bag. Then he continued with “ ma’am you’ll have to come up personally to get what you’re missing.”

This is my inner fat girl craving when leaving from the mall. I like to get a box of Mini (16 buns) heat it up at home and finish the box in bed lol. This location is very convenient right next to Macys. Items can be in the window are made fresh in the back. Location is small but smells amazing. Staff are busy pleasing customers orders please don’t harass them their doing their jobs.

I was apprehensive by some of the prior reviews but the staff here are super friendly and helpful. A young man (Hispanic, dark hair) was amazing. Super patient and walked me through the menu. Nothing dry, all freshly made. I’ll definitely return.
