The efficiency and speed of service at Cinnabon is commendable. Despite the busy nature of the store, the staff worked diligently to serve customers promptly without compromising on quality. It was clear they valued both efficiency and the customer experience. Staff is friendly and kind.

This place over charges. I wanted to purchase a box of 6 buns, 2 buns with pecan topping. They basically tried to charge me for 8 buns even though I was only getting 6 ??♀️ I walked out annoyed.
Ok so we went to the cinnabon location in cross county mall Yonkers NY. I've went to different locations before and my experience with cinnabon has always been great. Yet today it was the most dissatisfied day that I ever had in in this location in cross county. I had a shake and two different orders of cinnabons. I was waiting for my order and the ladies behind the counter was having a hard time getting my order. It seemed like they gave my order to someone else so I asked about my order and they said what did I order? I told them my order and they were looking at me weird then I said my order again. They asked did I paid for it yes I showed them my receipt. Then they gave me an incomplete order I said I am missing my other stuff that I order looking at me weird again they said what did you order again I have to explain what I order again. Then they just kept on looking at me I was frustrated at this point. I pointed again what I ordered until finally they gave me my order. One of the cinnabon was incorrect it was the regular white glaze they gave me the caramel. I just gived up and left. Really disappointed in this place. I use to go there all the time but the new employee's that they have, they have too do better because this is not good customer service.

This location forces customers to purchase the larger sized options stating they are sold out of the smaller ones. This has been a recurring issue each time I have visited, therefore it is not an isolated instance. Don’t advertise different options if you won’t offer them.
