This location is located in the Cross county Mall right across from chipotle. Small establishment but the small of baked goods takes over your nose. So many great options to choose from. Ladies inside are so polite and very hospitable. I purchased two cookies the sugar crème brûlée and the chocolate chip macadamia nut cookie 🍪 the cost was about $11.45. The outside mall provides seating if you want to eat there.

Went to this location while visiting the city from Oklahoma and it left me greatly disappointed. I was excited to try the cookies with so many options available but Galilea had terrible customer service and should not be up front to have customer encounters. I asked her what was popular and what would she recommend trying as it was my first time, she said just let me know when you’re ready and walked away… I should’ve left then, but still wanted to try. I asked for a chocolate chip and confetti birthday. I am back to hotel now and see she gave me a brownie filled cookie instead of regular chocolate chip, which is not what I ordered. Please train your workers better before you lose more service as the business was already empty, I’m assuming from her lack of customer service and lack of communication skills.

I wish there was No star. Too expensive for quality and service. Paid ~11 dollars for one scoop chocolate icecream. The owner who i believe is not american (Chinese) said that they don't make the ice creams at store, basically it is a resale and nothing special about this place. Will not stop by again and don’t recommend this place, don't waste your $$$.

The store was presented well and smells amazing however after i made my order of 4 milkshakes for myself a family friend and our children we all fell sick afterwards in a few hours. Please review your storage policies because something clearly wrong here.

I don’t see what the problem is with wanting a warm cookie and ice cream separate !!!! I asked if they could put the cookie in like a bag. I explained to them the cookie would get to hard with my bad teeth to eat !!!!! They told me not I’ll have pay a different price. Crazy !!!!! The to ladies here have horrible attitude. Never again will I come here more on the simple fact it was there customer service that was horrible

The cookie was a bit average but the size was large, one cookie was more than enough for me. I got the chocolate chip because every cookie place should make a good chocolate chip. The chocolate was a goey semisweet and the cookie was warm. It was just a little too soft and too thick for me. I can see this being the perfect place to treat your child but, as for me, it's just wasn't what I was looking for in a cookie. I definitely do not regret going however, give it a try if you're thinking about it

Today between 6:00-6:30pm I came to the cross county location. I was very disappointed because some really short girl that worked there was so nasty and rude. I came with my friend that knew what she wanted , but me on the other hand couldn’t decide if I wanted ice cream with my cookies… she got an attitude because she couldn’t hear us. She pretty much rushed us to make our purchase. There was nobody else in the store. I will never patronize this location again.
