The cookie was a bit average but the size was large, one cookie was more than enough for me. I got the chocolate chip because every cookie place should make a good chocolate chip. The chocolate was a goey semisweet and the cookie was warm. It was just a little too soft and too thick for me. I can see this being the perfect place to treat your child but, as for me, it's just wasn't what I was looking for in a cookie. I definitely do not regret going however, give it a try if you're thinking about it

Today between 6:00-6:30pm I came to the cross county location. I was very disappointed because some really short girl that worked there was so nasty and rude. I came with my friend that knew what she wanted , but me on the other hand couldn’t decide if I wanted ice cream with my cookies… she got an attitude because she couldn’t hear us. She pretty much rushed us to make our purchase. There was nobody else in the store. I will never patronize this location again.

It is a warm welcome and delicious smelling atmosphere, but that’s about it. The employees were very polite.The cookies are seriously overpriced and taste all the same. For $5 per cookie I would expect the cookie to taste like the name.

We bought four cookies as a treat. They were disappointing to say the least. They are way overpriced, poorly made, and just not very good. For example: the red velvet is not red velvet. It’s a stale sugar cookie dyed pink with some white chocolate chips interspersed. Not worth it. Don’t waste your money.

Delicious and new to me dessert place. The vanilla ice cream with caramel drizzle was delicious. Not all vanilla ice cream is made the same. The cookies are great especially after warming them up.

Of course, I had a preference which was The Sugar Cookie (one of a kind)...amazing! I can say that the texture was definitely better than the McDonalds cookies at most of their stores.
