It is a warm welcome and delicious smelling atmosphere, but that’s about it. The employees were very polite.The cookies are seriously overpriced and taste all the same. For $5 per cookie I would expect the cookie to taste like the name.

We bought four cookies as a treat. They were disappointing to say the least. They are way overpriced, poorly made, and just not very good. For example: the red velvet is not red velvet. It’s a stale sugar cookie dyed pink with some white chocolate chips interspersed. Not worth it. Don’t waste your money.

Delicious and new to me dessert place. The vanilla ice cream with caramel drizzle was delicious. Not all vanilla ice cream is made the same. The cookies are great especially after warming them up.

A very nice first experience indeed. The cookie was perfectly fine and not too sweet-including the flavor and the texture. Of course, I had a preference which was The Sugar Cookie (one of a kind)...amazing! I can say that the texture was definitely better than the McDonalds cookies at most of their stores.

Pretty disappointed for a cookie place. The price is higher than Levain, Crumbl, & Insomnia and all of those places are WAY better. Do NOT get the Nutella cookies. It’s essentially a vanilla cookie with random hints of Nutella. A fail

I love Insomnia Cookies and this place is a poor imitation, that costs a LOT more. I got a sugar cookie ($4.75) and an oatmeal cinnamon apple pie cookie ($5.50). I expected them to be warm. They weren't. I was hoping they'd be chewy in the middle. Instead, they are so large that they are kinda uncooked! The place is crowded with boxes, a shelf of candy, and other inventory. It looks like a bodega. The young woman who helped me seemed hyped on something because she was VERY jittery! All in all, not worth it.

Cookies are actually Pretty good its a great place to bring the family and indulge on. They have a bunch of delicious choices and the staff that is behind the counter is very friendly ... My only advice call ahead and try to figure out when the batch is coming out hot so you can enjoy them better fresh for you and the family...
