Came into Cups in Cross County Yonkers door was open there were customers sitting down eating ice cream. I made it to the point where I was able to grab a cup and attempt to pour ice cream there was a worker by the name of Gerald told me they were closed therefore I told him then why is the door open and his words were NAAAAA NAAAA and shaking his head and waving his handsHe was inappropriate and ghetto. I stated can we get ice cream please he had a sever Attitude and said Naaa again I ask for a manager he stayed my girlfriend is the owner you can call tomorrow she will Pick upThis associate GERALD Has no customer service skills i will never come here again.

I’ve been coming here for the last 4 years because they have the best euro tart frozen yogurt!!! I can’t believe they have to close their doors I don’t think I’ll ever find another froyo place that compares?

This store has changed for the worse. Went in yesterday to take my kids and had to basically pry my feet of the ground because the floor was filthy and sticky. I felt like a mouse on a glue trap.Most of the yogurts weren't labeled so pick at your own risk which explains why there was so much yogurt spilled on the spill trays.The kid at the front was just charging people but seemed like he gave not one but two shots about his job the customers or the place entirely.They need a major cleanup because I'm sure this place is unsanitary.I would change my rating if this place gets back in shape the way it used to be. Bring friendly employees.

Almost near closing guy at the cashier male, mid-height, black with tattoos, had a nasty attitude. Asked him to pay and he says ‘what’? Proceeded to put spoon in a circular motion near my face after I handed my card and didn’t hear him.

Ice cream was horrible, chalky. The chocolate syrup, and coconut drops camouflage the taste until I tasted someone else’s ice cream without any toppings. Even the ice cream cone was disgusting, I couldn’t believe it. So I thought maybe it’s sugar free, but I don’t see anything on their website stating so. I had Fro yo yogurt and their flavors are a lot better than cups.

Very unorganized, Messi, wasn’t frozen yogurt it was more like super watery yogurt unpleasant won’t recommend won’t come back for sure.
Waited 20 mins while they closed the store to clean up a spill, only for them to come out at the 20min mark to say they’ll need another 20mins! Smh
