Order was wrong sandwich was not as it described or has it been in the past. The Beef sandwich was dry and not made the way I ordered. The garlic bread wasn't even garlic bread.

Too bad I did not have a choice to give them 0 stars. We order from them all the time. THIS IS THE LAST TIME at least for me but I will let the rest of the group know. I was shocked when our food was delivered. I ordered a Caesar salad with a fried chicken cutlet and what I got was a salad with eggs, shaved carrots with a very small chicken cutlet with a side of Caesar dressing. There was not one crouton or one sliver of parmesan cheese. I called to let them know and the lady who answered the phone was SO DAMN RUDE when i explained why I was calling. She said well that how we make ours when i told her what I got a was adamant that it says it on their menu. I have looked at every menu we physically have as well as the menu on Google (which she stated they do not have) and NO WHERE does it say anything about eggs and carrots. Just says Caesar Salad! It was a prepped salad that they pulled from the fridge and added a piece of chicken to. When i said no one there must know Italian she said they do it differently in Italy. Seriously? Caesar salad is pretty straight forward across the board. She was extremely snarky and could care less about a customer pointing out something wrong with their order and for the price I was charged for something I didn't order. I told her I will not order from them ever again. She had the nerve to tell me if it makes you sleep better at night. Real nice customer service. There were other inappropriate things she said but I am so aggravated that I cannot even remember the rest. To the owner/management (hopefully it isn't her) you need to not allow people who lack customer service to answer your phones or have them as the face of your business. Not good for business at all. There was a better way for her to handle herself and the situation and she missed it by miles. The cherry on top is my semi-scribbled credit card # that was on the order paper that you can clearly make out all the digits and the expiration and CVC number all in plain site for anyone that had access to my order including the delivery person and anyone at my job that may have seen my delivery before I was able to grab it from the front.

Our favorite deli spot for the last three years and until now I am writing a review because I wanted to gate keep. All the servers are so friendly and their prices are great. We love their fiesta wraps and get them every time we can! we just hate they close sundays cause that’s usually when we need them :(

Never had a problem with the food or delivery. But got really sick on one of the specials. Diarea and vomiting right after eatingManager made excuses for the cook or CUUK! Refused to give me my money back. Get a real job & take responsibility when a customer complains.HOWEVER THE OWNER BILL IS TOTALLY PROFESSIONAL & MORE EXPERIENCED THAN THE HIRED HELP.
