I rarely write reviews, but my recent encounter with Dominos pizza was so abysmal that I feel compelled to warn others. Imagine my disappointment when, after my kids eagerly anticipating , I received a completely different order. Not only was it incorrect, but it also fell far below any standard of quality, tasting frankly terrible.To add insult to injury, when I attempted to rectify this with a delivery of the correct order, I was informed that my location falls outside their delivery zone - a fact that was conveniently overlooked when they accepted my order and payment.Seeking resolution, I reached out to their manager, who promised a complimentary pizza on my next order due to their mistake and it will be in our system. However, when I called to redeem this offer, I was met with a shocking lack of professionalism. The manager claimed there was no record of the previous mishap or the promised compensation, but he does see that i ordered from there recently. He flatly stated that nothing could be done, displaying an astonishing level of incompetence and disregard for customer service.It’s one thing to make a mistake; it’s another to handle it with such gross negligence and apathy. The inability to take a correct order is bad enough, but combined with atrocious customer service and a product that fails to meet even the most basic standards of edible pizza, it’s clear that Domino’s is a complete letdown. I strongly advise against wasting your time and money here

I called today because a Mohammed told me I was eligible for a free pizza because when I try to put in my points it didn't work .today I call and I spoke to another Mohammed who was extremely disgusting and rude . Yes I raised my voice because he was yelling at me. When I asked this so called person for the managers name HE TOLD ME TO GOOGLE IT. THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE. HOW DARE THIS UNPROFESSIONAL SO CALLED PERSON TALK TO ME THAT WAY AND HE HUNG UP THE PHONE TWICE ON ME .WHEN I CALLED A 3RD TIME NOBODY ANSWERED MY CALL.. HE WAS A SERIOUS THREAT .I WILL CALL HIGHER MANAGER.. I WILL NOT LET THIS GO. TREAT PEOPLE THE WAY YOU WANT TO BE TREATED, BUT THIS MOHAMMED WAS DISGUSTING RUDE TO ME ... Dont pay for extra topping cause they don't add it ... but they do charge you for it ... poor customer service at the store and delivery... you have to go to the car to get your food even if its contact less delivery which should be left at your door step at least ...

This store is extremely unprofessional. I waited over an hour and a half for the delivery man who never arrived, never rang my bell and the excuse was that a phone call made to me wasn’t answered. I asked to speak to the manager and they denied me the right to speak to him due to the store being busy. When asked for a refund they said it will take 3 days and when I asked for my pizza to be delivered again they said the wait time would be over half an hr again. I will never purchase from this franchise again and I’ll make sure everyone I know heard about this experience! My 5 year old kids were starving for over an hour waiting for a pizza that never arrived. Worst customer service ever!
