I'm very disappointed with the customer service at this location. When I called to place a pickup order, the person who answered was extremely rude. Instead of taking my order, he told me to order online. I explained that I had specific requests and would prefer to place the order by phone, but he hung up on me. That is completely unacceptable.
Additionally, this store never accepts coupons—even the ones Domino's provides. They always push customers to order online, but that doesn't work for everyone.
I strongly urge Domino's corporate or management to take serious action regarding the behavior of the staff at this location. Good customer service is key to running

Ordered online. The person with my food was going for a car ride away from my location and stopped for 30 mins and is going through random streets to just waste time. Also foods just cold after his grand adventure doing nothing. Never ordering from this place ever again.

Did the large pizza turn into a medium pizza or is it just my imagination? Last few times I ordered here a large, it seemed to be smaller. I guess they're just giving less now for the same price rather than raising the price. Whatever.. Definitely not the large pizza they were selling a year ago.

Zero stars! We placed our order close to 2 hours ago. When I called an hour ago the person who picked up the phone insisted that they were getting the pizza out now, and had the nerve to laugh a little when I told him if they didn’t come we would cancel the order. We had the same problem last time, and we had since forgotten why we don’t order from this location. I don’t know if they’re short staffed but the quality of service is horrible. They have no idea what they are doing. Never ordering from the location AGAIN!

All dough, barely any cheese sauce or toppings. I always order from here, it's gotten worse and worse. Another note, no long lines or anything like that but, they choose who's next. They don't go by first come first serve.

Got 3 pizza, 2 came with the wrong order, and non of them had tomato sauce. Waste of money.
We are always pleased with the freshness & tender care that is taken with our order. The pizza is always delicious. It’s neither over or undercooked. This is our favorite pizza location.
The way they gave me the pizza was horrible hardly cut and the cinnamon bites were done horrible and going into the store the workers looked like they were hang out, never getting food there again
