gave a star for my people but honestly it was mid mid cocktail was mid. there was one waitress that was kind. the boy at the front was staring at me but didn't know Spanish

Stopped to eat at this restaurant on a Monday. The food was authentic and delicious, and the cocktails were exceptional. The restaurant is small, so it would be best to make reservations for dinner, especially on the weekends. There were patrons who seemed to be regulars as they were cordially welcomed by the waitresses. Unfortunately, the waitress we had provided some of the poorest service we ever encountered. She took our order for cocktails, and we ended up waiting for a while before she took our order for entrees as she was busy talking to the other waitress or the other customers whom she was socially chatting with. Needless to say, I either had to ask the other waitress for service, and twice, a male relative dining with us had to get up and walk up to a wait staff member to order drinks, etc. I had initially invited my niece and her husband to join us for dinner, and I was mortified and embarrassed for them because of the poor service. The waitress, whom I was told was the owner's daughter actually went out of her way and ignored us when I requested service, walked away and never returned except to ask how everything was later on which was too late at that point. It's ironic that my niece and her husband come here occasionally and had recommended this restaurant to my daughter and I. The food was good enough that I would order from them, but it will definitely be a takeout. My niece's husband felt bad and paid for our dinner, and I'm sure he left the waitress a generous tip, which I feel she didn't deserve. Her attitude as a server leaves a lot to be desired. As a Hispanic professional, I was appalled by the service she provided and will not be returning to dine in, much less recommend to anyone based on the poor service alone!

Literally the best mole my family has ever tried, and we've tried quite a few.

The Ceviche, steak fajitas, and al pastor were also incredible too.

The food is reasonably priced too.

I will definitely be coming back here.

Very cute restaurant, with the sweetest staff! Complimentary chips and salsa was very good. The chips were warm and fresh & the salsa had so much flavor. Do not skip on the coconut margarita or coconut mojito, both were very refreshing and very strong. I got the verde chicken enchiladas which were soooo good! But immediately regretted not getting the enchiladas that came with all the different sauces. The mole sauce especially was very flavorful. They have a huge selection for food and drinks. Definitely will be back soon

Very busy when we got there, difficult to place order then food took about 45 minutes to come out. Staff was not honest when we inquired about the slow service. On the positive side, the fajitas were very tasty.

We came for the first time; the food was savory! The food tasted homemade and fresh. While dining, I also ordered a margarita; it wasn't bad, but it needed to be stronger. It almost tasted like a mocktail. I still rated this restaurant 5 stars because the fod was delicious. I would return and just order a beer next time.

I have also enjoyed going to this place, especially for the food and drinks. However, recently the service is genuinely horrible. I don’t mind waiting, especially when there is not enough staff to adequately service guests, however, the wait times are actually unbearable. The last time I dined in, it was a Monday in March. While it was quite busy, I had to wait 30 minutes to be sat, despite there being a couple of open tables due to only one waitress being there. Once seated, I had to wait another 30 minutes to receive a menu and a water. After waiting over an hour, I was able to place an order for drinks and food and then waited another 30 or so minutes to actually eat. From the time I entered to restaurant to the time I received my food and drink, I had been there for 2 hours, which is unacceptable. I do love the food there, it is authentic, Mexican food and truly is 5 stars. However, the last and final time I visited the restaurant, I placed a pick up order for two spicy margaritas. Although I was told it would take 30 minutes to pick up the order, I didn’t quite mind as I was running a few errands nearby, even though a 30 minute wait time is insane for 2 drinks. Upon arrival, I stood in the entrance for 10 minutes, despite showing up at the accurate time I had been told. No asked me what I had ordered or was waiting for. I had to stop two members of the staff to see if my order was ready. Once I talked to the staff for the final time, I had already been there for 15 minutes and they had just began making my order. It’s completely ridiculous that the service is so poor. The food and drinks are absolutely delicious and if there was adequate staff or staff who cared to service guests, this place would be great. Purely due to the wait time and the uncaring staff, I don’t see myself returning, although I would love to but couldn’t see spending as much time as I do waiting.

Warm and welcoming place. This is our go to spot after church on Saturday evenings! They know us and are happy to see us there. Their food is always amazing, the drinks are perfect and they are very accommodating! Could not recommend more!!!
