Dunkin’ was a great stop today. The food was fresh and delicious, and the atmosphere felt bright and welcoming. Service was a bit on the slower side, but the staff was polite once they got to me. Overall, it was an enjoyable visit and a spot I’d come back to for a quick treat or coffee.

I walked in and sat down real quick to take a phone call for a few then i got up real quick to order a coffee and who i believe to be the owner, WAS SWATTING FLYS WITH A FLY SWATTER ON THE DONUTS!!! HE WAS SO SHOCKED WHEN HE TURNED AROUND AND SAW ME

When they're overwhelmed they really are overwhelmed you can order an advance on a mobile app and you still have to wait for your stuff. Also there are times where I will put my order in and they do a half ass job on my order. Sometimes their coffee doesn't taste strong, or they burn or under cook the food.

I went back since my mobile order was wrong. I realized after I left the store and took the sandwich out of the bag. They took the sandwich and gave it another customer, after I took that sandwich and touched it. I would hate for that to ever happen to me. I thought they had to throw it out since another customer touched it.

If you're a tea drinker DO NOT STOP HERE !!! I REPEAT DO NOT STOP HERE !!!! The tea tastes like a dirty dish rag smells. I returned it and all they didn't is look at me funny.. and after they got it wrong the 1st time..
