Terrible service. The order was placed at 7.57am. I get there at 8.20. The order was either never started or taken. Claimed to not be able to go through their order screen to see past orders (my order #933 Sofia) While waiting even longer for my order, I witnessed them mess up a bunch of other orders. Besides the language barrier, they might have been overwhelmed with drive-thru orders/ mobile order and in person orders. The only two employees on top of their game was the black girl with the hijab and the hispanic guy in the kitchen.
Then after I showed him the paid mobile order. The manager was asking me to confirm the order. Mobile ordering was invented to make Things less complicated when ordering to pick up. This store (with the exception of the two aforementioned) sucks.

All the drinks spilt out all over the bags the guy delivered the food in a bike so ya can to guess this was gonna happen and 1/2 thr donuts were hard as a rock the worse I will be suing this store if Uber eats done not give me a refund for the drinks and the bad donuts

This place has diminished in service! I was a regular here but now there are new staff and they are terrible at taking orders. It takes about ten min to actually have them understand what I'm saying. They always mess up the orders and if you ask them to replace or exchange something THEY messed up, they get confrontational about it. The manager is the worst. He's a rude Indian looking guy who talks to customers like he's a king and can never be wrong. He argues instead of just admitting he made the order wrong.

I went a couple months ago and guy had an attitude and did not care to hear what I wanted to order. Food was forgettable and doughnuts are deformed.
The place was very clean and organized, and those who were serving were very friendly ? recommended we had a slight limitation in the language, but one of them was very courteous and helped us.

I regularly go to Dunkin and can get the bacon, egg and cheese croissant but this place seems to skimp on the bacon as there was only one piece. Staff does not speak english so it's hard to place an order. I do not recommend this Dunkin' donuts store.
