the workers are so unprofessional there. they take forever making a mobile order and they are always on their phones or so understaffed. the place is mess and it sucks. if you place a mobile order make sure to do it 15 mins before arriving because it still won’t be ready by the time you get there smh. I hate that this is the only dunkin around me. I rather go across town instead of dealing with them .

I feel so bad for the Spanish woman that works in the morning. It’s the busiest time and she works alone. The owner need to help or get a manager. The place is dirty, and unorganized. I waited over 10 min to be served a coffee and still did not get service cause the woman was more worried about the online orders coming in instead of the people in the store, I had to catch a bus and this is not fare for the worker or myself or anyone. It’s supposed to be fast food/ coffee. This store really needs to get it together I Think corporate needs to come to that store

I came here a couple of days ago and the lady that works there i don’t know her name she’s a big black lady not trying to come off as rude, but she messed up my order it was just bagels bites they were cold lacked cheese and made me sick to my stomach I had to use the bathroom multiple of times like I was poisoned and I ordered two and she gave me one when I corrected her she gave me attitude and made the order even more nasty and didn’t even call it anything out. The owner needs to be mindful of who’s being hired.
