I placed an order for pick up for my sons class birthday party 24 hours in advance paid in full when I got to the location it wasn’t prepped and they were all out no call no text no email almost no birthday party for my kiddo and worst of all no apology

They are exceptionally rude at this location. I came into the store to order walked up to the counter said hello and was ignored. The guy behind the counter blatantly ignored me and moped behind the counter. The other employee just filled in supplies closer to storefront. Other guest wonder if they were closing because of the behavior. Keep in mind the store would still be open for another hour. This was trash service and the employees needs to learn some manners.

Ordering the same during months and they still don’t know how to prepare it properly.Almost all the people working there are rude.Croissants swimming in butter and judge for yourself a matcha latte.
