this review is for the service. I ordered through the app and I was told that they did not have that donut. They provided me another donut, but I was still missing items. Luckily, I went through my receipt and found all of the things I was missing to find that I needed to pick another doughnut, but I also ordered the wicked tin through the app. I was told that you cannot get the tin through the app. They just gave me 10 donuts in a bag and when I asked if that equals to the same amount of money I paid for they said yes. not true and I found that I was shorted five dollars after going through my app upon leaving the store.

The staff here is very nice . unfortunately this store is understaffed. every day. I come here at 6;30am the most busiest time to make breakfast and coffee. thereâs only two people to open the store. Every customer is waiting over 10 minutes for a coffee this is ridiculous these people are being overworked, and the customers are not being tend to in a timely fashion. Not even the mobile orders are being done quickly because there are only two people this is serious ridiculous. We are all paying customers and we all should be tended to in a timely fashion. Please get more workers at this Dunkin.

Ever since the owners changed this dunkin has been awful. They rarely get my order right, and when they do, the drinks donât taste the same as they do in other dunkins. Their customer service is poor and their food isnât great either.

Anthony should not be allowed to make drinks. My drink was made half assed and incorrect. Zero effort made into looking at the order. He should just take orders and let the other employees make the drinks
Donuts are always stale. The manager refuses to do anything to improve this Duncan Donuts. Nasty employees and no one is ever pleasant. Rather than saying good morning, they ignoring you to the point that you need to say, âExcuse Me? May I place an order?â They look at you like youâre bothering them. Nice job on trying to clean the place but please replace the staff. I go out of my way to Neperrhan Ave because they are much nicer. All the food here is old. Donât eat here.

Ever since the grand opening this place has gone downhill. Not sure what they did but workers now have attitude, donât even know the menu items and attempt to overcharge. Drew the line today when I ordered a coffee with milk and there was literally no coffee just milk. Clearly the new staff doesnât know what theyâre doing.
