Came at 3am while driving for Uber all night. My hands were filthy from people luggage and I was hungry. I read the reviews that the place was newly updated and very clean . Drove 15 minutes only to find a very rude old lady working the counter. I ordered the hash browns and got 2 donuts and cup of coffee. I tipped $2 . I then asked why the bathroom was locked and she said someone was in there. I waited 15 minutes only to find out that they locked the door and lied to me. They are not good people. They have no manners and no kindness. I asked again if they could unlock and the manager said the bathroom is broken. They lie like its a normal thing to do . Despicable people.

This place is always clean, my drinks always taste different each time I go. Overall it’s a good spot. I always get lucky with parking, but there are not a lot of spots.

I had to wait 15 min before I got my order taken while I was the only one there and when I got something to eat there was hair inside after going back in they said there's no hair I pulled the hair out to show it to them they just took it off my hand and said there's nothing

Every time I go the doughnuts are always hard or burned. C’mon I am paying $2.00 for a doughnut, I want to be able to have fresh one.
They also need to work on the service, not friendly or welcoming at all.
This is the worst dunkin' donuts in westchester county. It's the only twenty four hour Dunkin in the area. It's always dirty and the owner has a chip on her shoulder. As soon as you say something to them , they start speaking another language. I definitely would not recommend.

I visit this location at least twice sometimes 3x week. Today I walked in and it wasn’t busy at all. I wasn’t greeted, but that’s ok. I stood in line for 8 minutes ( I was the only one in line mind you) without no one ever acknowledging me or saying someone will be with you shortly! Meanwhile all the employees kept looking at me and while o stood in line an employee was breaking her neck to get a whipped cream treat for a DOG! Sad when an animal gets better customer service than a human.HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE EXPERIENCE AND WILL NOT BE RETURNING!

I like this place but they don't have enough people working there. In addition, today I noticed a new guy that was working there. He was very aggressive, had his long hair hanging out, no bandana, and a ring in his nose. He was yelling at one of the nicer workers in front of me. I was unplesantly surprised to see that.
