Absolutely shocking customer service from Thjima and it’s not the first time (the young lady that works there). I spoke to the manager about the situation and she apologized on her behalf and seemed bothered by the servers behavior.

Unfortunately this has to be one of the worst Dunkins in the city. Counters are always dirty. The drinks always tastes watered down or like the milk is bad and it's a 50/50 chance they burn your food. The staff is nice though

They take 5 hours to make an order and the line gets too long out of nowhere. And when you ask if there is anybody else working cause it was only one person taking orders she just shrugged her shoulders and didn't respond.
Very rude.
Avoid this place, workers are here just for decoration
This is my local Dunkin and I usually stop here on the weekends or days off when I need a quick breakfast, my coffee. Never had an issue. I ordered some things through the app like I normally do but sometimes my son wants a donut and they’re sold out of it or he changes his mind when we get there so even though I had ordered ahead, I still had to go in the line and order a couple of things. There was a lady in front of me. She was ordering and there for quite a while. She asked the cashier a question when she is done and cashier says no I don’t. Didn’t hear the question. Just the response. It was odd but wherever. Lady in front moves on to the side ans I go up and I order my donuts. I pay through the app like I normally do. She asked me if I wanted a receipt I say no she still print out the receipt and hands it over to the lady that was in front of me. I took a second because I had to process. I wasn’t sure if I saw what I thought I saw so when the dunkin employee went to the side to grab my donuts, I went up to her and I said listen. Why did you give that lady my receipt? I didn’t give anyone your receipt. I put it on the counter. I said no you asked me specifically if I wanted a receipt I said no you printed it out. You handed it to her, from your hand to her hand. She said oh it’s my first day and gave me a ridiculous excuse. I don’t know if it’s her first day or her last but then the lady in front of me realized that I was making a little bit of a scene so she was like oh, do you want your receipt back and I asked why did you take it. Oh I scan them and she couldn’t give me an answer when I asked why. Then the owner, I think he is the owner cause I seen him there many times came over to me. What’s your name are you waiting for an order is everything ok? like to kind of quiet things down since there were other people there. The lady behind me had already given me a look like yeah that’s suspicious. The man waiting for his food at the pick up section gave me another look like yeah you should have said something so if your information is ever compromised and it’s linked to a Dunkin’ purchase or if you made a purchase recently at this Dunkin ring all the alarms because if something shady is going on here then we should all know. There are lots of scams getting into our phone and accounts and you have to be vigilant. One your information gets compromised is can be ver difficult and sometimes costly to correct.
Good luck been able to get a coffee while there's no parking and the traffic in the corner is horrible.

Came at 3am while driving for Uber all night. My hands were filthy from people luggage and I was hungry. I read the reviews that the place was newly updated and very clean . Drove 15 minutes only to find a very rude old lady working the counter. I ordered the hash browns and got 2 donuts and cup of coffee. I tipped $2 . I then asked why the bathroom was locked and she said someone was in there. I waited 15 minutes only to find out that they locked the door and lied to me. They are not good people. They have no manners and no kindness. I asked again if they could unlock and the manager said the bathroom is broken. They lie like its a normal thing to do . Despicable people.
This place is always clean, my drinks always taste different each time I go. Overall it’s a good spot. I always get lucky with parking, but there are not a lot of spots.

Newly renovated, clean, good customer service. Today, I had the 6 dollar meal. Better quality breakfast than the local deli in area. Thank you Kamrul for your smile today.
