6am on Black Friday 2024. Employee said his name was Lloyd (not sure if that’s true). Anyway, Lloyd refused to give me a bag for my donut order — just dug in his heels and downright refused. They had plenty of bags. I pointed to them and pleaded for a bag. “Lloyd” stated that it was his manager’s policy not to give out bags. This went on for a couple of minutes and he wouldn’t budge. I didn’t see any other employees in the shop. I urge management of this store to review the video of this exchange — it was bizarre.

I love dunkin . I get great service and food in all locations except this one. There is one girl at counter who never smiles and has no manners. I stopped going to this location because she is just miserable. Can't stand someone who has a job and doesn't want to be there. What's crazy is management doesn't care bc she's been there for years. And whenever I get stuck with this person , my food and coffee is never exactly the way I want it. My friends now go further up central pk ave.

The whole team there are rude and disrespectful the woman used a racist surl said to me you people I only asked if she needed to scan a barcode she was just rude out of nowhere. This isn't the first time. Something really needs to be done with there services. I will never go in there ever
Went today for my coffee and specifically asked for my coffee - very simple yet they found a way to mess it up furthermore, when I politely asked them to remake it (I was going to pay for it) the employees began to speak about me in a rude manner. The woman making my coffee said “no more coffee for you”. Avoid if possible and get your coffee elsewhere.
