Had the Guava lemonade and it was great. I did the drive thru and they were very friendly.

I watched the staff handle my drink lid by touching the part that I have to drink from — without washing their hands or using gloves. When placing the lid on a drink you can do it without placing your fingers directly on the part that I put my lips on, gross.
It was honestly off-putting to see this, especially because it’s basic hygiene that should be common sense when serving customers. I really hope management addresses this because no one wants to worry about whether their drink is sanitary. I’d love to keep coming back, but I expect better cleanliness standards moving forward.

Husband and I went to get coffee today. The workers were drenched in sweat. It had to be over 100 degrees in there and the AC was apparently broken. I mean drenched in sweat. How can you make people work in these conditions. Absolutely horrendous!

Coffee is okay. It’s awful inside the store. There is no seating. The A/C is set to 80 degrees and the garbage is overflowing. The straws are kept behind the counter for unexplainable reasons. It’s a poor experience overall.

6am on Black Friday 2024. Employee said his name was Lloyd (not sure if that’s true). Anyway, Lloyd refused to give me a bag for my donut order — just dug in his heels and downright refused. They had plenty of bags. I pointed to them and pleaded for a bag. “Lloyd” stated that it was his manager’s policy not to give out bags. This went on for a couple of minutes and he wouldn’t budge. I didn’t see any other employees in the shop. I urge management of this store to review the video of this exchange — it was bizarre.

I love dunkin . I get great service and food in all locations except this one. There is one girl at counter who never smiles and has no manners. I stopped going to this location because she is just miserable. Can't stand someone who has a job and doesn't want to be there. What's crazy is management doesn't care bc she's been there for years. And whenever I get stuck with this person , my food and coffee is never exactly the way I want it. My friends now go further up central pk ave.
