I try to give this location a chance every time and every time they disappoint me. They are super slow with or without a line. If there is a line they give no effort to get customers in and out as if they truly donāt care. They donāt even look over to see if a line has been created, apologize or move with urge. Iāve walked out plenty of times & have only walked into this location for the convenience without my coffee. I recently learned that there is another location about 5 minutes up the road traveling by car. Do not waste your time here if youāre in a rush or you just have no time for bad customer service.
workers should understand English a bit, hard to communicate with them and bad attitude.

This is an extremely slow place. I'm still online 10 mins. 2 more people ahead of me. Looks like only 1 1/2 people working here. I will absolutely never cost this horrible place. There at least 3 people that shouldnāt work here they canāt make drinks the right way ever and the light skin Spanish guy has an attitude like he hates life I seen him working for 8 years here and still canāt make a drink taste good and get mad when you tell him anything is wrong with your Order. When I now he is in there I wonāt order to ovoid the headache. Everyone else is great!!
One of the worst in Westchester County. Manager is extremely discriminate and they have just one employee with decent morale and courtesy.
Parking: Needs a serious makeover. Potholes galore!

This is one of the most non efficient Dunkin I have ever been in. Hardly speaks English. You have to keep repeating your order. One young man at the counter has his arm in a cast. While I do admire him for trying to keep his job. He can barley make the tea. It has to be the slowest store ever. No manners what so ever. Place is not clean by any means. It takes sooooooo long to even be served. I have noticed people walking out. Someone is loosing MAJOR profit. I shall not be a return customer. Going to a regular deli from now on. Top management needs to do a re shuffle of staff

This place has the WORST service I have ever seen.
I only order through mobile takeout. Today I waited 30 MINUTES for one item. I notified the employee who smiled and said ok. She then proceeded to help everyone who came after me, everyone who ordered on the mobile app after me, AND THEN gave the same item I ordered to two people who came in stood in line and ordered AFTER me.
It was so disgusting. Then they tell you you canāt get a refund if you order via the app so I went through the app & all they told me was my case has been noted.
Starbucks does not give you this much trouble. I rather pay a little more for better service.
