Horrible horrible service. It’s a disappointment every time I go. I decided to give them a try today after months of not coming here. The worker was literally on his phone, He’s seeing me at the register standing right in front of him and I saw hi excuse me I’m ready to order and he continues to be on his phone. He’s an Indian male, always with an attitude. He must be the owner’s relative because he’s still there. Plus drinks are never made right! Don’t waste your money here

If you're a local getting a quick bite and coffe itll be ok .hate to say but employees can be hit or miss sometimes rude or ok. customer service could be improved , I get its a gritty locale , not the nicest corner, some people are a little too excited about getting the coffe just right but going crazy wont help! Let them try to make it right!. A kind greeting does go a long way regardless how the previous customer was. Also use gloves guys , I caught ya slippin few times. Be nice. Be clean.

it's mad dirty in here, i've been going here for about 5 ish years? and every-time i give this place a chance i regret it. Their food tastes bad, everything's dirty, for some reason they're ALWAYS low on donuts, the drinks taste like nothing, and there's been numerous times that i've seen bugs or roaches in here. If you from yonkers, don't go here, go to starbucks or dunkin in getty, it's not worth it.

The employees should greet everyone igual or try harder to be social . Being in the business with customers they need to be trained to welcome costumers. They behavior was with so much indifferent it bothers customers.
This store is very busy in morning. But their service is too fast and they make orders perfectly. I just love to go there and get my food.
