Paid 10 bucks for a burnt coffee and a stale bagel that was so hard I couldn't bite into it and from what I could taste, tasted like it was in a plastic bag for far too long. Smdh. You guys can do way better.

How do you only have about 6 types of donuts in the middle of the day? And on the less fresh bordering stale side? Fred would be disappointed. Two separate visits three days apart. Coffee was good and served hot though so there's that.

Worst location ever.. cashier was trying to take my order while cleaning up behind registers, my sandwich had a plastic cover on it. I was also charged for a medium latte instead of a small. Customers deserve attention and proper customer service.
