Whoever was there today 11/3 making drinks in the afternoon needs serious training. He messed up two peoples drink before mine, I ordered a hot caramel latte, and came home, and it tasted bitter beyond belief. Also had a Boston kreme with some filling on top, he put it upside down and messed the whole thing up.

They put the Marcha on top of the ice. Instead of whisking it to perfection as it should be. Look at what I ended up with. I had to tell the older lady ro making it again, and still didnt make it the right way. There was no line , I was the only one.

I recently visited Dunkin’ and was served by an incredible employee whose name I don’t remember exactly I believe was Sed or something similar. He made my coffee perfectly and had such a positive attitude throughout the entire interaction. His professionalism and friendly demeanor made my day, and I truly believe every Dunkin’ should have employees like him. He’s a great guy and someone to look up to. Keep up the excellent work!

Very bad experience with my order, order run plain bagel, they didn't have one, then one appeared, they didn't give it to me as I asked for, nor did they inform me that they had one, supposedly it was the last one, very bad communication.

I live around the corner from this location. And it's become just awful. Ever since a new family bought it a couple years ago, it's gone way down hill. They got rid of most of the employees and now their whole family works there. Napkins and straws are always empty. My iced coffee is almost never made right, they never put in the amount of flavoring I ask for in the app, they always put a tiny amount. I end up throwing out about half of them. Half the time they forget to add milk. It's like they don't even read the orders. There is one girl who works there that is left over from the old crew and when she's working everything is always correct and good. I try to make sure I only go when she's working, otherwise it almost always tastes awful.
