I live around the corner from this location. And it's become just awful. Ever since a new family bought it a couple years ago, it's gone way down hill. They got rid of most of the employees and now their whole family works there. Napkins and straws are always empty. My iced coffee is almost never made right, they never put in the amount of flavoring I ask for in the app, they always put a tiny amount. I end up throwing out about half of them. Half the time they forget to add milk. It's like they don't even read the orders. There is one girl who works there that is left over from the old crew and when she's working everything is always correct and good. I try to make sure I only go when she's working, otherwise it almost always tastes awful.

I recently visited Dunkin’ and was served by an incredible employee whose name I don’t remember exactly I believe was Syd or something similar. He made my coffee perfectly and had such a positive attitude throughout the entire interaction. His professionalism and friendly demeanor made my day, and I truly believe every Dunkin’ should have employees like him. He’s a great guy and someone to look up to. Keep up the excellent work!

I ordered a toasted bagel with cream cheese, but the person preparing it put the cream cheese on the bagel before toasting it. As a result, the cream cheese was so hot that it burned my entire tongue. When I asked why they toasted the bagel with the cream cheese on it, the person said that's how they usually serve it. When I requested a new one, the person suggested that I should just add more cream cheese.
