We enjoyed the meal. My girlfriend did all the talking. Spanish makes all the world go round. You can be great by being able to be comfortable with being uncomfortable. I had the peppers and steak, white rice and beans. She had empanadas.

Used to be good! But they fell off!!! My last visit here there was a Spanish blond girl who looked at me very disgustingly from head to toe and she did a horrible job giving me service after that. If you don’t like your job than find a new one. People like this cannot work in customer service

Elle Valle used to be our go-to restaurant, but the Riverdale location has really gone downhill. This is the second time we’ve ordered from them, and both the food quality and customer service have been terrible. Whenever we raise a concern, they promise to “make it right next time,” but when we order again, it’s like they’ve never heard of the issue. Sometimes they even pretend not to understand us.
We spent $40 on a meal and were given burnt chicken. On top of that, they charge extra for garlic sauce and never include it. When we ask about it, it’s always, “Sorry, mommy,” with no real solution or effort to fix things. Do yourself a favor—don’t waste your money here.

Very poor and unprofessional customer service. I just left this restaurant (3/21/25) very disappointed about the service I received while ordering my food. Server was very unfriendly and argumentative. I asked for gravy on my food, she more or less tossed the food at me afterwards. I tried talking to her about her service and was totally ignored.
