Horrible don’t come here - they overcharge you so please ask for your receipts! They aren’t honest ppl! You order one thing they charge you for something else. When you ask questions they get mad and unreasonable. Don’t get BAmboozled by this business.

They really don’t care about their customers just the money they make from you!

You need to treat your customers like gold not jerk offs..

Their food are just ok. The fried rice was a bit salty. They never give utensils or napkins. I guess you have to ask for it.

We've been ordering from them since we've moved into Woodlawn and they have been pretty consistently good and tasty.

Very poor customer service. Waited a long time for my order. The guy at the counter was rude.

ZERO STARS!!I have ordered from En Lai Chinese Kitchen for 35 years. It used to be a mom and pop operation, but has changed in recent years. The quality of the food has deteriorated. The service which had been excellent is now disrespectful and sloppy. They rarely get the deliveries correct, and when faced with their mistakes are unapologetic and uncaring. Buy your food somewhere else!

En Lai is your typical small Chinese fast food restaurant that does not have seating to eat in. They excel at some dishes while others are okay. Love their beef/chicken with broccoli. Their barbecue spare ribs could be more meaty, tender and sauced so I go with the boneless ribs instead. They are very busy during meal times with a steady rush of customers. It's best to plan and call ahead for delivery or takeout during peak dinner and lunch times. They have the standard two woks for cooking main dishes and one wok for frying rice. They can be heavy handed or inconsistent with seasoning some dishes but you can ask them to adjust for low sodium or less seasoning. The place looks run down but their food is good and seems to be prepared in a sanitary way.

Typical Chinese restaurant. Highly recommend their steamed dumplings and scallion pancakes. Their home made ice tea is very good but too sweet so I dilute it. Their ingredients are fresh and if you ask for $1-2 extra shrimp it’s really extra on your fried rice.

I don’t like trashing places but I’d prefer to go the whole day without eating over having a meal here.

Really tasty Chinese food. The pork fried rice and the four seasons are my 2 favorite dishes. Service is a bit slow but at least the food is good. Tried other Chinese restaurants in Yonkers but not is as good as this one.
