Epstein is a kosher delicatessen. The corned beef and pastrami is delicious. They serve hand cut fries, excellent soups and you can buy kosher cold cuts by the pound. The do charge more if you use credit.
Dietary restrictions: They are kosher and observe kosher traditions. The food is great.

I went there on a weekend. I was looking forward to trying out the hot pastrami sandwiches, which received excellent reviews. I must say that I was a bit disappointed. I found the hot pastrami sandwich that I ordered -- on white bread rather than rye -- to be fine but rather small and underwhelming considering the price they charge ($17.99). For that price, I would have expected a hero-sized sandwich and some effort in preparing the bread rather than just throwing two slice of toast bread with some pastrami in the middle on a plate. The burger with pastrami was comparatively a better value.

Really disappointing. The place is old and not clean. I sort of hoped that this sort of greasy spoon meant the food would be good. It sadly was not. We asked for the sandwiches grilled (as in the whole sandwich put on the grill) and instead they just heated the meat and put it on toast. I’ve never had a Jewish deli not know what a grilled sandwich was (like a classic Reuben). Wouldn’t go back.

Loving the diner vibe. It is on the pricey end, however the food is great. The Pastrami sandwich tastes great and the soup warms you up well.

Place Dark in lighting+atmosphere. $26 for chix matzoh ball soup without a shred of chicken. Full turkey sandwich, is it 1/2 a sandwich?

18 dollars for a small pastrami sandwich and can of soda. Don’t recommend.
nice place good food
Awesome! I drive from Connecticut just for the pastrami! It melts in your mouth. Best I have ever had. Then of course grab some knishes on the way out the door. Great service, friendly staff and I can't say enough about the food!

Excellent service friendly staff reasonably priced foods
This place had a nice menu but the prices didn’t match the product. The sandwiches are expensive but not as loaded as they should be. I went with a pastrami and it was sub par. The house pickles are not good at all. They’re clearly homemade which is nice but the flavor was indistinguishable between dill or sweet. The bill racked up quick and I left hungry. Service was slow also. 3/5.I wish the place luck, I’m sure they’ve been there for years.
Had Matzo ball soup and combo pastrami and corned beef. Food and service were excellent and would highly recommend
Little old school dinner. Friendly staff. Food was ok. I got the pastrami sandwich
This is the only place in Westchester for Matza Ball Soup. It’s truly the best !!!
