Before I gave a bad review by mistake, thinking it was the mixteca Deli.Esperanza Deli is a friendly place, they have variety of products and staff are kind. They offer breakfast for take out and always have fresh fruit, a great option for kids going to school to grab a lunch here or a quick breakfast.
Over all since new owners have taken over this store has improved.Their prices are higher then a supermarket but it's like that at all the other stores. Hours are open around 7 a.m. to 9:30 p.m. A good place to pick up a few items you may need immediatly but not a great location for every day shopping. It's a food store and not a supermarket so it's prices are higher just as other stores selling food. My recommendation is a good for when you can't get to supermarket....
The best Mexican sandwich in town I've been in Yonkers all my life and this is one of my favorite places for a cemita and Cubana torta, with a glass Coca-Cola you can't beat that! It's a little narrow store but deff Cozy.
