Great option for some vegetarian mediterranean food.We tried the falafel sandwich and platter for takeout. The falafels tasted fresh and the salad within the sandwich was great. It did get slightly mushy on the ride home which was expected. It would probably be a straight 5/5 if you ate it right away, but 4.5 for delivery/take-out. The platter came with hummus+pita, but they had a special plate which came with salad which we would recommend as it felt like the base platter was missing greens. French fries were delicious. We will happily return.

The food is SO GOOD and always ready so quickly. I could eat here everyday. Also as a vegetarian, they have lots of options! Portions are great and they always get the order correct :)

Every time I’m in Yonkers, I eat in or order take out. The food is so fresh and so tasty. The service by Rachel is ALWAYS cheerful and helpful. I’m glad I found this place and see a friendly face. Having so many vegan options makes this place a jewel in the area.

We have had 2 catered events from Falafel Place and have received nothing but rave reviews from our guests. Everything was super fresh and exceptionally well seasoned and tasty. We've had the baba ghanoush, tabouli salad, health salad, falafels, and hummus. A shout out to Rachel for being so professional when taking our order.

Always delighted with the food here. I have high praise for both the Eggplant and the Falafel sandwiches as well as the falafel side.

I have been going to this location for a while since it has opened. The falafel sandwich is a great option and they make delicious hummus served with pita. The reason my rating is 3 stars is because I have seen the price of their food skyrocket beyond inflation levels over a short period of time. $10 for a falafel sandwich considering it was $6 not that long ago is not ideal for keeping customers.

Homemade pita, not that white tasteless store bought garbage, delicious salad, hummus and spicy green sauce bring this humble falafel sandwich to the next level!!

Fantastic. I'm Italian and it's very hard to find nice places that cook eggplant. I got the eggplant shakshuka and shared it with my mom, and it was some of the best food we've had. They made the gravy with red peppers just right, it's not acidic at all and tasted right. Also, fresh mozzarella in the gravy was tremendous.Another place that does eggplant very well is Sofia's Pizza by Acme.I'd say Sofia's Pizza and Falafel Place are the two best places to get eggplant in Yonkers. Amazing.

I normally place an order for a falafel sandwich at minimum once a week, sometimes more. I even got a lot of friends and family hooked on their falafel. However, I went in yesterday, Thursday, June 29th a little after 6pm. There was a new young girl at the register and sadly she didn't display hygiene etiquette. I asked for a sample of their cabbage to see, if I'd like to make an order and before making my sample, I literally witness her go off to the side where the beverage cooler is located and eat from her snack that she had resting on top of the garbage container. She was wearing gloves, but after her snack time she never switched out her gloves for new gloves and she made my sample without using an utensil and with her gloved hands that she ate from moments ago, as well as touching the register. I was thoroughly disgusted and quickly went up to the register and told her I no longer wanted the cabbage and explained , I thought she would be using utensils to handle the food and not her hands, since she's at the register handling payments. I will never patron this establishment again after that. Thank goodness I saw her do it, because what if, I didn't see it and ate the cabbage that was tainted with her dna and germs from the register and gotten sick? That's a huge health violation. She should not being working in the food industry. Please be aware of certain employees flawed hygienic practices. Just know that your health can potentially be at risk. So, eat here at your own risk! I'm so disappointed because I truly enjoyed the falafel sandwich at Falafel Place, but after all the world has been through due to COVID and the pandemic it's mind boggling to see people in the food industry be so careless and disgusting.
