I just called and ordered to my parent's house. I usually go to here in person and eat, but i am not feeling well so i ordered out. When I called, they asked for my address, and i told them knowing it is not more than 7 minutes (how long it takes) but they said it was too far, only being 1.1 miles away. When I tried to explain, they declined like a little kid. What are the people doing here?

Let me tell you something when you want good Pizza perfect crust these guys come from the Bronx and they even got history on their wall it shows how long they've been doing pizza I knew when I stepped in there and I asked for a beef patty and cheese that it was going to taste great and I sure wasn't disappointed so I had to try a slice of pizza and then that was the best pizza I had in a very long time I was so happy to actually come across this little place and I recommend anyone to go there the service & there kind and I've been there two times so far. And I'm going back again

Got a delivery via Door Dash. Food arrived 40 minutes beyond their ETA. Pizza was cold. Mushrooms were CANNED. Delivery was made by two middle school boys who got lost in our building despite the very clear signs. Yes they were english speaking. Just a testament to our educational system. Called Pepinos. Said poor delivery was not their problem. A delivery charge and tip for the delivery totalled $7.00+ was included. Adios to Pepinos.

We ordered with hours in advance. Over $200 order for a friends gathering. Delivery was set for 9:20pm. Driver on the way. At 9:18pm the order was cancelled. The restaurant would not pick the phone. No response whatsoever. I will never again order from this place. I am sorry, but this kind of horrible service is unacceptable.

Are they famous for having greasy and burnt pizza?! Worst pizza I’ve ever had. I also paid a little extra for a pepperoni add on, which I don’t mind but they only put it on half the pizza

I happened stop here this morning as I was passing through. I was really impressed by the freshness and quality of the pizza Margherita! Also a clean venue with polite staff
So when I called the person who answered was very rude and when I got my food I thought everything was okay. I orders a Caesar salad And a pepperoni slice. My slice was okay but the salad was so bad I usually get. Caesar salad because it’s easy and simple, but the dressing tasted like straight mayo and I have nerved ever had a salad that tasted like mayo, honestly it was disgusting. I ended up throwing it up. I learned to never order again from there.

WORST PIZZA I EVER HAD IN MY LIFE ! 3.75$ for a pizza and its not even good , better off getting dominos or fast food pizza ! Pizza doesn’t taste like NY pizza at all . Miami has better pizza . It literally has cheese & no tomato sauce in one place & tomato sauce & no cheese in another. On top of that it made me throw up and smells like dirty feet ! Would never order from here again ! Waste of money all the way ! I never in my life had pizza this nasty like this place! Save your money & go to dominoes for all that or a different pizzeria ! Manager is rude also …. Some nerve

These are the original owners of the Peppino's on 241st in the Bronx!!!!!! The Pizza doesn't taste the same as it used to on 241st, but it's far better than the current Peppino's on 241st. The Pizza does still have that perfect crispy crust and oowey gooey cheesey goodness of old times.
