The staff is very friendly , the food is great especially the fries . I recommend them for a good burger . Everything here is great the place was packed and we got our food quick , hot and cooked perfect thank you 5 guys for hooking it up i recommend the milkshake and cheeseburger although the BLT and grilled cheese are good too.

Always a pleasure!! I have a horrible allergy to flour and have my burgers lettuce wrapped. The servers were apparently well trained because my burgers are never sloppy and I never need a knife or fork to eat them. Five Guys is the BEST and HEALTIEST fast food restaurant I know of :)

Needs to be cleaner in the restaurant. Floor sticky. Soda machines dirty. Got a regular hamburger instead of a junior and all it was was two patties stacked. Messy and unnecessary. Spent $30 on one person's meal not a good value either. I realize it's all fresh but I really can't tell the difference because it's overcooked and the toppings are nothing out of the ordinary. Five Guys needs to do a better job at a lower price.

Five Guys has gone downhill in recent years, can't tell you what exactly has changed. It's still a better burger joint that other fast food restaurants, but let's be honest... that's a low bar.

Lazy is the best I can describe the two employees working tonight 7/17/25. Walked in at 9:20 when the store advertises a closing time of 10pm and was told that they’re closed. Standing there pregnant, confused, wondering why they would be closing 40 minutes early than the time stamped on the front of the entrance door, we were told there is only two of them working. There was no one else in line and one other person eating inside the restaurant. Very disappointed
