The last few times I've ordered from here, I've barely gotten any fries. Adding extra fries to the bag is company policy, it's one of the reasons I like them. Lately though, not only am I not getting extra in the bag, but thr cup isn't even full either.

Don’t go here unless you have free time, I had to wait 15 minutes and I ordered my food early in the day at 12:48pm online, I came 20 min after and my food still wasn’t done, I can’t believe how terrible this place is. Again don’t go here, drive to another location, you’ll thank me later

Picked up my food to find the little bacon cheese burger without bacon. I go back and because I don’t have time to get the whole burger remade they gave me bacon on the side, Cold Bacon on the side. I go to continue eating my burger and it is undercooked.
I’m definitely going back to get my money back

I work in the mall and usually order on the app to pick up my lunch. I always receive excellent service, and the sitting area is always nice and clean. Today I placed my order in person and two lovely ladies assisted me. Jakyah placed my order, and was very pleasant, and helpful. Another young lady who’s name I believe is Amaya, was cleaning the counters and was very friendly and helpful to me. Thank you ladies for all that you do. 🌸💕✨

Quintessential five guys experience. The food was plentiful and delicious. It definitely cost more than you might expect but still worth it in my opinion.

However overhearing staff continuously talk trash about customers thinking they can't hear them, is downright disgusting

My Husband and I went to the Cross County Five Guys to have lunch and we couldn’t finish it because it was so cold there. Our hands were frozen while trying to eat. When I mentioned this to the staff they just looked at me expressionless. What a disappointing experience; go to Wendy’s or Burger King and enjoy your food in warmth!

First time ordering for delivery at this location and they sent me the wrong order. Not only did they send the wrong order, when I called the number on Google and another number from the five guys customer service line that they provided and said that was the only number they had for this location both numbers are not in service. So no way to contact this location. Horrible. Just horrible. And with this experience with this location I won't be ordering from here again. How do you not have a phone number connected with this business? How can any customer get in contact with this location? And seeing the other reviews I'm gonna second either firing and restarting your crew or just ending this location in general.

I placed an order online and went to pick it up . After 10 minutes of being ignored I asked about my order . Nobody said anything just pointed at a burger sitting on the counter unwrapped , then continued to ignore me . After 20 more minutes I told them I no longer wanted the order . At this point the burger was sitting on the counter longer than 20 minutes and probably cold . They told me they would cancel and give me a refund .. took my confirmation number and when I got home I got a notification “thank you for picking up your five guys order” 2 weeks later and still no refund .. currently filing a dispute with my bank . The attitudes at this location is DISGUSTING . Everyone should be fired or retrained . The Pelham manor location is much more pleasant and that’s shocking considering the neighborhood .

This was my second time trying this location of five guys. Vastly different from my first experience. I found the burgers to be overcooked and tasteless. Per customer service, the employee was argumentative when I expressed that the burgers were overcooked, and I wanted to replace them. The fries were also tasteless. Will never come back to this location.

I like 5 geys, but this store have to be shut down or change. The manager the management it's terrible and the workers have attitudes. Like 1 day I waited for 30 minute and one of the workers talking s*** after I'm waiting. I didn't want to have problem in the store. I guess left, but I will never go there again

I placed 2 orders. One order for me & my fiancé. The orders were a regular bacon cheese burger, a regular hot dog, 2 regular fries and 2 large soda’s, with tax, i spent $43.00. My complaint is about the fries, i received 2 orders in 2 small cups, which was ridiculously expensive. This was my first time ordering from a Five Guys. I was told by friends that have ordered from other Five Guy locations, that i should have received fries in a cup and additional fries in the bag with the cup. I plan on revisiting this Five Guys location at Yonkers, Xavier Dr, and voicing my outrage to the Manager. I think that I deserve some recompense for the shrinkage order of my regular fries. If there is no recompense, i will never order from a Five Guys again.
