I waited 30 minutes for a cold burger. The best part is, I watched my order sit as the worker on fries lazily slogged around and proceeded to have my food sitting while she made fries. The location wasn’t even busy, the laziness is obvious…

We love five guys. Our experiences with this location have been deplorable. The food does not taste good in comparison to other locations. It takes way longer and more often than not the order is wrong. The service is also severely lacking. The pelham location was incredible but no longer delivers to us now that this place has opened. Will ultimately have to stop ordering because it is a waste of money. So sad.

Staff is always friendly and helpful... burgers delish and fries awesome!!! The prices have gone up so it's a little pricey to take a family there. I don't think anyone in that picture still works there.

Went inside with so many things to order but line was crossing from entry door with greasy floor, loaded trash bin and peanuts all over. Came out with broken heart.

OK. This was my first time ever. Fast service. Fresh food. Tasty. The Fries are great. Doesn't seem to be enough (greedy). Five StarsVegetarian options: No Cheese. Sandwich is good.

I stood at the register confused bc it seemed as if they were closing even though they are open another hour. Finally someone approached the register and asked for my order. I couldn't tell if she was paying attention to any of it bc two of her employees were simultaneously speaking to her. She turned around several times while I was speaking. All I wanted after a long day of work and being on the road was a cheese burger with lettuce Mayo and fries. The screen read "ketchup" so o had to interrupt her conversation once again and ask the back of her head if she could please make sure it's Mayo, not ketchup. I did this twice. She smiled and said she got it not to worry. I tipped on the bill. I take my food home, it's drenched in ketchup and tomatoes! I'm allergic to tomato. so now I don't have dinner. This is Way to expensive to have employees that do not want to deal with people. Do better.

Worst Five guys I ever been too! Can’t believe a business can hire such a lazy, non caring manager. Employee server Yasmine gave us the worst attitude when asking for me and my girl our order for no reason, when me and my girl was being nice. The manager allowed the attitude and didn’t care how we were being taking care of. He also refused to give me his name. Just know it’s the big guy with glasses and curly hair. Must be easy to become a manager nowadays!
