I dropped my drinks in the store because I was given a broken cup holder tray and one of the drinks was not placed right . When I asked if I can get my drinks replaced they told me no that I have to pay for the drinks again. I wasted $60+ and I showed them the tear that was on the tray . Did they care about it ? No . After going back and forth with the employees they only replaced one drink and told me I had to pay for the other drink that fell. I told them I wasted so much already and what the employee said “we waste too”. The drinks each are $9 the least they can do is replace them especially If one of the employees saw it happen and they saw the cup holder tray broken. All they told me was I was holding the tray wrong and they are not responsible for that . The employee that handed me the tray simply said “I told you to be careful when I gave you the tray” . Like come on it’s not like i purposely wanted to drop my drinks and it dropped the moment i picked it up from the counter I didn’t even make it close to the door . I understand if my drinks fell outside the store but it fell the moment i picked up the tray. They don’t care about their customers all they care about is money. So disappointed because I really loved this place And I use to go all the time.

So I came in and usually everyone is so nice but there’s this blonde haired chick who’s so rude, acts like nothing is working and she doesn’t want to do her job, acts like the phone isn’t working so I can go across the street so she doesn’t have to order my food, tells me the card reader isn’t working and I need to pay in cash??? But then when I told her I’ll wait for it to work, all of a sudden it’s working. Ironic isn’t it ? I’m a regular since I work at city md across the street from the place, worst customer service I’ve gotten.

I walked in this place for my first and last time. I ordered a strawberry milk shake. The girl behind the counter asked if I wanted milk in it, I should have known from that point things were going to be bad. I said yeah regular milk. I paid 7$ and got a strawberry smoothie. Not even a smoothie it was crushed strawberry's and milk. I told them I wanted a shake. The guy making it said talk to the girl you ordered from. Once I told her I got a smoothie instead of a shake, she tells me it's the same thing. I know I have been out of school for a while but a smoothie is called a smoothie and the drink with a different name is because they are 2 different drinks. Then she tries to play the race card as it's supposed to change the drink. She said to us it's a smoothie. You have to ask for an Ice cream milk shake. Let me tell you this place is racist and rude to black people. You want a smoothie go to the Arab dude! This place sucks!!!

I kid you not, I KID YOU NOT, I ordered two crepes through ubereats and these ppl made a burrito crepe. It was slimey, soggy, little nutella, and the worst part, it was not pancake but instead a bland damn near uncooked burrito wrap. I can't speak on anything else, but if you come here for crepes PLEASE find another place because this was horrendous. It sucks wasting money on something you were hoping to taste good. Will not order from here again.
So literally across the street from this location is the smoothie bar for this place. My cousin was the one who made me try it the first time. The first time person making my drink accidentally gave it to the customer who came in after me in which i had to wait an additional 7 mins for my oreo shake. Overall the customer service is chill. No rude encounters. No one has talked junk in spanish thinking i didnt understand. So no complaints. You can see them making your drink. The ice machine stays open during the day. So i mean think about that with flys and stuff but overall there may have been an old milk spill that smelt like it wasnt all the way cleaned up but its still a vibe in there. They do sell ginger shots and various other healthy drinks as well. They empanadas are chicken and cheese or chicken or chicken, corn & cheese. They do have seating around the area in this location too there is more seating to the back. They really did their thing with the space where Mona Jeans used to be. #neverunbiggingmyback

Food was amazing! We had the Birria Ramen and I'm so glad they improved the birria recipe as I had tried it when the first introduced it to the menu and was not impressed then but wow was it amazing this time around! I will say the only downside i had was the music being really really loud and that they automatically add a gratuity fee but other than that I recommend this place
