As one of the only Filipino restaurants I’ve eaten at, Hapag was phenomenal! The authenticity shines through in both the menu offerings & the ambiance. The veggie pork stew I ordered was delicious, full of various Filipino ingredients & seasonings. The calamansi juice is also worth a try. Yum!

My daughter took me on a Monday as treat since I've been craving for Kare kare and chicken Inasal.
We were both fully satisfied.
First time eating out with no take home for left over.😄

Food was good, food took super long to come out, after taking our order not once did the server come back to take anymore orders or see how we were doing, my water was never refilled, the food was overpriced, portions are tiny, not worth compared other Filipino restaurant

We go once in a while in Philippine restaurants. The food was good although not super authentic. Not sure if they just tried to adapt to american taste. Since it was a bit cool outside it was also a bit too cool inside. Evertime someone opened the door and came in or left the cold came in. Its a small place and the door is very close to the tables. It was an ok experience, not more and not less.

Sorry but their food doesn’t taste good the eggplant with egg(tortang talong) I order doesn’t taste like there’s an egg in it they put too much water taste very bland also the sisig is hard and smell awful like the meat is old and doesn’t taste like they put seasoning because it’s very bland not good for the price are expensive.

Just ordered today 12/22/2024 !!! I am Filipino. I was ordering for my Super Excited MultiRacial conurses to eat Filipino food for Lunch.

I am Super disappointed due to the Hairy Crispy Pata and meat is mildly cook !!! And the rice look like a Low Class brand.

I love Hapag Food but not the Hairy Crispy Pata!!!
Hoping that you will fix it and serve a little bit better for our growing non Filipino food explorer!!!

Salamat and Maligayang Pasko to all of us...

I had special guess yesterday and we ordered famous Pancit from Hapag. Honestly, it was one of the worst Filipino food we ever had. It's just noodle salt and water a little chicken. $60 is not worth it. They don't know how to make real filipino food here. I would not recommend this place. I will never ever come back to this place again.

To be honest I’ve dined on this place before. It’s was not bad at that time I only had pansit and halo-halo. Today it was too hot to venture out and my son was craving his favorite chicken inasal and pork lumpia. I don’t eat pork so I ordered penakbet for myself. My wife picked up the food and I was very disappointed when she got home and saw the penakbet didn’t have any bitter melon which is a main ingredient. Also it was full of pork rinds. They could have called me up as a courtesy and let me know they have NO bitter melon and I could have changed my order. They offered me a refund, but too late because I hate places who just concerned about profits. Once my trust is broken it’s gone. I order from many different ethic food places and this was the worst $57 I have spent. It is sad that it’s a kababayan restaurant, but this review has to be written. 😔
