There was an old lady employee with white hair. I often heard her say bad things about customers behind her back to her colleagues. The reality is that she really treated customers very insultingly.

Service was not good. Lady extremely rude when I told her to toast my bagels. She said that she’s too tied, try to get me to change my mind about getting them toasted, and then did it while rolling her eyes and speaking about me in Spanish to the other coworker. That’s very unprofessional.

I don't know what is worse .. their food or their bad attitudes? Over priced and bland.

If the bagel wasn’t nasty enough on its own, the service was even nastier. The lady at the front who took my order was incapable of even saying hello, did not say a single word throughout the entire transaction, pointed to the card reader and had an attitude the entire way through. The bagel was beyond burnt and dry due to the worker spending too much time talking to her coworkers and was hard enough for a tooth to chip. It would have been more enjoyable to throw the bagel out.

Came in with my best friend to get a breakfast wrap around noon on a Thursday. I usually go to their other location in White Plains but it’s currently being remodeled. Adrianna greeted us kindly and took our order. Our wraps were done in 6 minutes. Highly recommend Highridge Bagels ( I have been going to their location in WP since 2014)

I just went her for the first time the food is excellent the service is great and the atmosphere makes you feel like your eating at home I enjoy my fist time here and now it’ll become my place to go for coffee and a sandwich I recommend this place to my family and friends. Thank you Anthony for building an establishment here in our home place.

My Husband and I tried an amazing bagel place. He had a raisin bagel with strawberry cream cheese. I had astiago (cheese) bagel with garlic and herb cream cheese. I had a French Vanilla hot coffee and my husband had a French Vanilla ice coffee. Last minute my husband picked a dessert. Different bagels, pastries, that all look delicious. There is a variety of cream cheeses for the bagels. There are also sandwich options. The staff is friendly and great customer service. Highly recommend.

I tend to go when it's busy and the line is long. They are so good at keeping the line moving and pumping out breakfast bagels. I love the bacon egg and cheese on a bagel. Delicious bagels.

Came in today for a bagel at 2:30pm and the two Hispanic ladies were extremely rude. I just asked about an item and one of them snapped back very nasty. I ended up walking out and will not be back. The owner should fire them both.

The bagels USED to be fresh and warm at 6:15 am but the last two times, it seems like I’m getting yesterday’s bagels! They’re much smaller than they used to be and there’s very little cream cheese.
NOT TGE PLACE IT USED TO BE… very disappointing.
