My Husband and I tried an amazing bagel place. He had a raisin bagel with strawberry cream cheese. I had astiago (cheese) bagel with garlic and herb cream cheese. I had a French Vanilla hot coffee and my husband had a French Vanilla ice coffee. Last minute my husband picked a dessert. Different bagels, pastries, that all look delicious. There is a variety of cream cheeses for the bagels. There are also sandwich options. The staff is friendly and great customer service. Highly recommend.

I tend to go when it's busy and the line is long. They are so good at keeping the line moving and pumping out breakfast bagels. I love the bacon egg and cheese on a bagel. Delicious bagels.

Came in today for a bagel at 2:30pm and the two Hispanic ladies were extremely rude. I just asked about an item and one of them snapped back very nasty. I ended up walking out and will not be back. The owner should fire them both.

The bagels USED to be fresh and warm at 6:15 am but the last two times, it seems like I’m getting yesterday’s bagels! They’re much smaller than they used to be and there’s very little cream cheese.
NOT TGE PLACE IT USED TO BE… very disappointing.

Normally we have a good experience here. Today, service was extremely rude. The two Hispanic ladies working on Sunday 9/8 were impatient and extremely unpleasant. I don’t care how miserable you are, if you have a customer facing job you always cater to the customer. They were so lazy and didn’t listen. I said two times I wanted Muenster cheese and didn’t listen. When we asked for a platter they rolled their eyes and groaned. I didn’t realize one thing on their menu was a big deal. Service complaints seem to be a big issue lately. Hope management is taking the time to read these reviews.

I also didn’t know $6.50 was the new price for a bagel with cream cheese. That is beyond absurd. This place also used Pam spray which is the lowest of the low. It’s time for upgrades and honestly a new bagel place with better quality service and ingredients

I was shocked that a bagel with cream cheese cost $6.50. That's insane! Even the cookies were a bit over priced. $9+ for a small container of tiny cookies.

The Mayor of the city recommended this place to me. At first, it was great. I would bring the family and enjoy the awesome bagels. As of late, the service has steeply declined. If there is one person in front of you, be prepared to wait for 10-15 minutes before getting service. Sad, sad to see!
