Spent 83$ on food for me and my children, we ordered through GrubHub, the food was ice cold and packaged poorly. I ordered the Steak and mashed potatoes that were cold and not even tasty, it was suppose to come with a salad, which i did NOT receive. my daughter got french toast sticks which were advertised as coming with fruit and chocolate dipping sauce, which again, we did not receive, she got 4 cold measly french toast sticks. the side of hashbrowns we ordered were barley the size of the palm of my hand, I do not recommend this place, the food and packaging of it all felt half assed and thrown together quickly.

I went to this location with my 1 year old child and was astonished to witness the level of unprofessionalism. I came in at 1:09pm and was not acknowledged at all, until I literally put on my clothing and was leaving. I tried to make a purchase to go, but the female at the dine in order section felt bad and tried to get me the manager. The manager, Jacob, questioned “what happened” and I told him that there were customers who came in after me being served. He says, “Ok, then go… Goodbye”. Very poor customer service received from management and staff who made zero effort to service or acknowledge me. I will never come back to this location and would advise any other family who wants good service to go elsewhere.

I went to this ihop with my Friend and to start off the entire restaurant was basically empty , we even checked the reviews before going inside we gave it a try and learned a bad lesson from it. The chocolate chip pancakes my friend ordered was Overflooded with chocolate and my Oreo waffle was drowned in whip cream and the waffle broke in half horizontally ! We developed bad stomach cramps/Aches and had to go home immediately to the Restroom. I think i may have food poisoning I’m still suffering from that experience. The hostess was a pleasant person and that’s the best that i can say about this ihop. Not recommended.

Gm ignore after I asked to pls Derek with her after waiting for over 30 min and wasn't egnolgef by any one and staff and gm just keeps talking and laughing with staff, servercr eating on the floor and the gm says nothing . This is terrible

Horrible place, dirty and dark. Rude costumer service. I only wanted a decent breakfast now my head and my belly hurts, feeling sick after eating the food. What are this people feeding us, so artificial flavors. Horrible, I cannot even believe how bad this food tasted, IHOP, I give you 0 starts out of 1,000,000. Worse food I ever had in my life, if you compared my last POPEYES review, this one is much worse because I am literally about to go #2 on my pants 👖. Not happy at all. Do better or close down. People deserve good food. I will not eat here again, thank you for the Horrible experience 🤮🤢

When searching for ihops on central avenue using google, I was surprised to see that this restaurant had a below 4 star rating. After visiting today, I am not surprised. To start, the customer service is lacking, not much of a surprise to most of us post Covid. But I will say, the attitude of the staff could use a little adjusting. Asking for simple things such as where the bathroom is located, the staff could do more than point and walk off, especially when they have nothing in their hands. You go into the bathroom and the toilet paper rolls are on the floor. It’s true, a child could have done this, but do we really think the staff is going to pick up those rolls and throw them in the trash and get new ones??!! Nope. We can almost be sure they don’t care enough and will put the rolls back on the holder. Like many other things post Covid, the seating is tight. If you’re a well endowed person, or a grown family of 3-4 adults and not a size 2, you not be comfortable here. The chairs are small and the booths are packed so close together. As we left, I heard the one staff member talking about my elderly parents “taking forever” to make a selection. Well hunny, I hope no one rushes you too much when you’re older. The ihop in Hartsdale does have a terrible parking lot, but the food and service are far superior.
Food was great. I had my favorite "the Classic French Toast. But I have to say our waitress was a bit distracted. We had to flag her down a few times to get hot water for our tea. Otherwise the food came quickly and the presentation was good. I will return to this ihop on Central Park Avenue.

IHOP has always had great pancakes. They've gotten better at some of their other breakfasts as well. I'm a big fan of the Big Steak Omelette. This particular location is great. It's larger than most of the others in my area, so seating is much more comfortable. It's always kept clean and the servers and staff are friendly and attentive. And for some odd reason, it's not nearly as busy as the other two locations near me so there's rarely a wait time.

I ordered Sirloin steak tips and eggs. So, Sirloin steak tips weren't good at all. We got a table close to entrace, and it was smelling so badly that it came from the restrooms ? ?? then the pancakes sirup all of them were very watery ?
