My family and I went to this IHOP the atmosphere and service was terrible the waiter skipped us and take other orders even though he acknowledged us. All the waitresses were in a group talking while customers were waiting to be serve. My daughter was really hungry, she was even asking why is the server not taking our order when we were there first. We complained to the manager and his attitude was nonchalant. He just stood there looking around like he was lost, when we told him we were leaving he said ok. The experience was overwhelming.

Me and my husband got food poisoning from this place. I wish them to shut down. They actually have to because their food was awful. The plates weren’t cleaned. One of the lowest standards I have ever seen.

There were staffing issues which made service extremely poor. However the young lady worked diligently to get our orders expedited once realizing our neglect. All else was fine(food presentation, temperature & taste). Was also a little disappointed this location doesn't honor Veterans discount.Kid-friendliness: Plenty of kid friendly options.
The place was very dirty, floors, table were sticky and the bathroom was a total mess. The only nice thing about this place was our server.

I wish I could give this location less than 1 star. The “manager” is beyond the description of the word disrespectful. We tried to have a nice family breakfast outing, which is rare these days. When we arrived there were 2 other families. All complaining how long they were waiting and still no human to acknowledge us. The other 2 families said forget this and said they were sitting themselves. I didn’t want to do that and found that disrespectful to the establishment. I instead moved up from behind the wall just so I could be seen. 2 employees saw me and said someone will be right there and to wait there. I said ok no big deal and it really wasn’t. Out of no where the manager comes hustling from the back said she was wrapping something up and I need to go back to the door. I said ok, but listen there was a few families that just sat themselves because we were all waiting awhile. She NASTY says its been only a few minutes and I need to learn how to wait. I said, its been more than a few minutes and how dare you talk to me like that. She then replied, “if you keep talking, I will just keep talking to you like this.” I was horrified. I still dont understand why I was treated like this at all. I looked at my husband and said that’s it we are just leaving. She said “good! and just leave already.” I then said, “why do you keep going and talk to me like this?” She said, “you just need to get out now!” I know everyone has there bad days, but I left sad and confused. I still don’t understand why I was treated this way. I was actually looking forward to finally getting out of the house with my newborn and went home in tears. I will NEVER return to this location.

Yummy food!! It was super busy so that's why I'm guessing the waitress snapped at us but girl we understand!!Vegetarian options: There were a few veggie options, they did an amazing job with the veggie pesto eggs Benedict and the impossible sausage!! Omelette was nice too
