As a restauranteur, I had to take a moment and shot out this Jersey Mike’s in Yonkers because at times being a Franchise most people depend on the marketing and forget about the service. That is not the case here, even though, they were slammed with several orders playing catch up.
They took the time to work as a team to divide and conquer. Letting patrons know about the unexpected wait due to the rush but that their orders are being worked on and if that wasn’t enough they comped us several add on’s like chips and cookies. The manager or owner not sure came around offering fresh baked cookies.
I really appreciate people going out of their way in providing great service. It is something I pride myself in my own restaurant so Keep it up Guys. It’s being Noticed. 🙌🏽🫶🏽

Stopped by the Jersey Mike’s on Central Park Avenue in Yonkers and ordered the #13 The Original Italian. The sandwich was fresh, well portioned, and made exactly as expected. Quality meats, good bread, and everything balanced well when ordered Mike’s Way. Service was efficient and the location was clean. Solid option when you want a reliable Italian sub.

Wish they had an extra grill to accommodate Muslims. We can't have anything cooked next to pork in our food. Amazing staff. Very patient. Amazing sandwiches. Staff took a long time cleaning there knives for us. We told them we dont wantvthem to use the same knives they use with pork. Thank you Mike's subs for being so nice.

Horrible.. so saturated in hotcsauce the roll was soggy. No blue cheese as advertised. The chicken was also soggy. It wasn't edible. First and last time trying this place !!

Plenty of seating indoors and outdoors, barstools type and regular seating. Variety of selections to choose but I think a vegetarian can give it a go. It does gets busy during the lunch hours, so ahead. Good service and helpful too. It's handicap accessible but limited parking during the rush hour. Different selection of meats and veggies.

I got my sandwich Mike's Way along with a little extra flavor Nando's way. The guy was very professional. Spoke to me like I was one of his good friends and made my sandwich very good. My plan was to get some Hook N Reel but I'm glad I changed my mind. Nando's will have me coming back sticky on personality only. Stop by sometime, you won't regret it.
