Poor management leads to worse service. I've been having issues picking up orders I placed in advance. Yesterday, I ordered on Grubhub in advance and an employee wouldn't release my $15 order, even after I told her my name/initial and showed my receipt, unless I showed her a "confirmation" page which does not exist on the Grubhub app. Poor training and a total waste of my time. Food is 3/5 at best. Better options in Westchester.

Henry was an extraordinary human being, person, and had an excellent customer service I highly recommend this store.

Food was good. Had the beef and chicken platter. Service was excellent and they made sure the food was made the way we wanted it. Sitting area is clean. The best Halal is Yummy Platter in Newburgh. If you head up the Hudson Valley they are worth stopping for.

What is fast food Hala food not necessarily the cheapest for fast food, but the better quality that you're going to get then Burger King or let's say McDonald's and you can put what you want on your plate and have it like you want it so I would recommend you give me a shot because if you like Hala food like this

Why start charging for olives and jalapenos? Now a small plater will cost $15 that will not help you last sorry.

Try Shah's Halal on central. The halal guys are basic .. food is trash! Halal guys have competition between adele's in NYC and shah's!

It scratches the itch for Halal Guys without going into the city, but the meat here is always a little too crunchy and the pitas aren't always soft and fresh. The sit-down location at 95 and Amsterdam is still my favorite.

If you haven't stopped by the truck you should. They have something for everyone's taste buds. The food is always hot and fresh. The service is great! This is the family go-to after bowling instead of McDonald's and KFC.

Service was quick but needs improvement. I asked for extra protein as listed on the menu and immediately told the price. It is the only location left in this area and is more expensive than expected. I gave it one star because the food wasn't hot or even room temperature. I was a few bites into my platter and got a healthy serving of plastic wrap.

I got the chicken over rice from here and it was very dry and tasted bad. It doesn’t seem like they clean there grill because the food had a bad taste. I don’t recommend.

Got a beef/chicken combo and a chicken/falafel combo. the chicken was way too salty and the falafel was cooked almost into a rock. Super dry on the inside. The only decent part of these was the beef but even that was pretty mediocre. Have had better halal before. Also after ordering online and arriving 10 mins past the estimated time it'd be ready we still had to wait as our food wasnt even made.
