Worst KFC ive ever tried, 3 slow employees, the cashier is rude as hell, and the other two are extremely slow, after 15 minutes of waiting for my order they told me that they needed 20 minutes more because the biscuits were not done yet, never ordering here again.

​Extremely Disappointing Service and Wait Time
​I placed my order at 10:46 PM. Despite only having one customer ahead of me when I arrived, I was told to wait at the window. I finally received my food at 11:28 PM. A wait time of over 40 minutes for a drive-thru order is completely unacceptable. The service was slow and inefficient. This is not the standard I expect from KFC.

Worse kfc I been to by far. Placed an online order at 730 didn’t get my food until 8:45. When I finally got my food I had many things missing, Employees are extremely rude and caught them many times touching things then touching my food, not once did they put gloves on. Definitely not ordering from here again!

Extremely disappointed with my recent experience at the KFC Yonkers (124 Nepperhan Avenue) location on June 3, 2025. I placed an online order and was notified it was ready for pick-up by 6:47 PM.

Despite this, I was forced to wait in a very long line for over an hour. This is an unreasonable wait time for a pre-ordered meal. Staff seemed disengaged, and other customers were similarly frustrated by lengthy delays. No explanation or apology was offered.

Attempts to resolve this through KFC's app customer service were unsuccessful. The overall service and efficiency at this location on this date were completely unacceptable. It’s apparent that KFC doesn’t care about sum customer service or a good product and/or experience.
