Place an order for a 6 piece meal and fries online. The order was stated to be ready 10 minutes after getting order. Once I arrived the order had not been processed and no one was getting any online orders. As I waited 2 people came in after me and made bigger orders, got their food faster than me. I was going to cancel my order when the lady who processed said she got it and still had to wait an additional 10 minutes for the order. In total spent 30 minutes in the store while waiting for my food. But online "it says this is faster"

Horrible customer service. Rude lady at the drive thru. My boyfriend went there for the first time so he did not know how the menu worked and the lady instead of explaining it to him, was being veryy rude for no reason. I understand you hate your job but you can at least be polite and have some manners! Educate your staff!

I had purchased a meal from this location but they made multiple unauthorized charges on my card. I contacted the establishment to figure out this issue. I spoke with the supervisor and she was absolutely nasty. I requested their name and she refused to provide it. I asked for the corporate office number and they refused. Please be careful when ordering from this location.

this comment only for 1229 Nepperhan AveYonkers, NY 10703i believe this is only location that serves the premade food in 35 minutes (every single time) This is ridiculous. If I go to fast food restaurant , I expect my food to be ready in 5-10 minutes. That’s the main reason people go to fast food restaurants.I am only having this problem with this location. workers just taking their sweetass times. I don’t think i will be going to this location no more. Last night i was the only customer and i waited 25 min!! I ordered famous bowl supposed to come with chicken nuggets but instead they just chopped tenders and give like that such a mess. Something not right about this location. pls can someone do something??!!

Stood online for 20mins. They where doing door dash and not one came to counter. 3 girls and one guy working. Asked if they where taking orders and was told that they were busy.
Service was horrible it took the drive through lady to come and help me n my boyfriend after he was waiting 20 mins after our order was placed over 45 mins.
They need to shut down this Place , the staff are very Rude & they take Long ! DO NOT ORDER FROM

I hate this place but the only time I come there is because of the one cashier Shay. Every time I visit the store the Jamaican manager Stefany is always yelling at her employees, or she’s yelling at a homeless person in the dining room calling them stupid and crackheads which is very mean. The service is very slow. Shay makes my experience easy EVERYTIME. She takes time with my order and very professional more that the managers and I find that sad. She always gets my order right and knows exactly when I want to order and gets me in and out the door and she makes sure the food is fresh, I always have sauce and napkins and utensils and she always ask if I need anything else even if I already ordered. I WILL NOT GET THIS SERVICE WHEN SHES NOT EVERYONE HAS AN ATTITUDE EVEN MANAGERS I been coming to kfc for years and for the past month or so I will not eat it OR order from this kfc unless she is there because I know I will get FAST POLITE PROFESSIONALLY and EXCELLENT SERVICE.
