I ordered chicken wings like I always do. 4pc and biscuit. Manager denied ever having this and when I produced a receipt he was still a major jerk. If you want to meet a jerk who claims to be a manager but is terrible at customer service and may have some ax to grind and should never be in contact with the public, go here! Not me not ever again. What a JERK!

Honestly reading through the comments Iâm not sure how there are any bad ones. The manager Matthew and crew at this location are always the best and very respectful to customers. The food is always pleasant and the experience is always a good one! I recommend this location to all my friends! Good job guys!

Waited almost 40 minutes for my meal only for my chicken to not be hot or crispy and told they had no more fries to go with my meal. Popeyes would never. Wouldnât come back ever again.

As I walking into KFC at 10:27pm and was going to get on line. The manager comes in after smoking his vape in front of the restaurant yelling to the cashier âdont take no more ordersâ. I just walked out and looked at the hours on KFC store front stating Friday-Sunday they close at 11pm. I wasnât about to argue about their false advertisement because itâs the employeeâs closing early. I figured they probably wanted to take the rest of the food home. If the employees working there has a problem still serving till closing then change the hours.

Ordered some extra crispy chicken, but apparently âcrispyâ now means soft and falling apart, with the breadcrumbs barely hanging on and they didnât taste good! Also, one of the staff was cleaning the counter with her bare handsâwhich raises hygiene concerns. Definitely not recommending this place. These bad reviews werenât just people being dramatic after all, theyâre all accurate!!

I just went in with my son to get a couple of meals and has standing there for 10 minutes while the counter guy billshitted with some guy who didnât even order anything?? What lousy service

Ordered food yesterday and the lady at the register had the absolute worst depressing demeanor. She was mumbling her words, had the worst facial expressions, and had a really bad attitude. Stay home if youâre not going to do your job and be presentable

Uber and door dash double park in front and it block anyone and everyone from entering the parking lot. It's one car one way and they sit and wait for food 20-30-40 mins without moving an inch. Maybe stop dashers and Uber since they can't let your actual customers in the lot. Tell them to park the car. No room for a 2nd car to go by.
