This bakery messed up my cake they use more whipcream than cake mix I bought a cake I received a whipcream cake and its not the first time,even after explaining how I wabted my cake fue to previous experiences with them they still did what I though it was a cake was all whipped cream,I am upset because I have complained about this before.No bofy eat the cake waste of money.

Ive been ordering cakes here for 13 years,I remember when they use to do the best cakes and some things in their bakery are good,but lately every time i spend money with them and trust them with my cake a get all whip cream cake with bearly cake,lately all my cakes all pure whipcream and not cake,when my guests taste they get dissapointed and so do I,it makes me even more upset that as soon as I noticed they where doing this so several times in a row with my cakes,ive tell them every time I order and they still manage to give me a whipcream cake not a cake no matter what type of cake I get which is weird ,sometimes I even think is purposely but I am not aware of the reasons,I just thought that they are probably on low budget and the cake mix is more expensive so they decice to trick me with the price and whipcream cake 🤢,I decided to do this review until now to try to give them a chance,but this was my daughters bday her one and only 13th,for this to happen at her party once again,everyone left the cake on the tables and had those faces of dissapointment I had to apologize for the excess of whipcream and for all of us not being able to feel the cake as we tasted,Another thing is I always order way ahead.There are no excuses to get a real cake.Sorry but I had to say how I feel.

I been living United States of America for 25 years I never had taste and quality like this bakery 🥰 our all family and friends goes there for cakes 🎂 and all bakery stuff omg La Piñata bakery is one of the best bakery in the United States 🇺🇸 I love to purchase my bakery items from there and the customer service is the best best.❤️🥰🥰🥰🥰 I wish they have more branches in New York. But there is only one in Yonkers New York.

La Piñata has been our go to bakery for cakes for every occasion but lately their quality control has been the worst. First I order a cake for my wife’s baby shower and it was a boy and they make a pink cake, second occasion was my sons birthday and I ordered chocolate tres leches and they give me somebody else cake which was regular cake all dry with out fruits inside which btw it wasn’t cheap, third I get a “ credit “ for The incident regarding my son’s birthday cake for a thanksgiving cake and the “ chocolate tres leches “ was not even wet and it was dry as well. They’re slowing going down in taste and quality.
Picture shows how only the top was wet and the rest was dry; clearly not the best tres leches anymore. What a way to celebrate a thanksgiving with a dry tres leches cake.
