THE FOOD WAS GREAT. PLENTY OF FOOD OUT ON THE BUFFET. I AM GOING BACK AGAIN!! GREAT PLACE AND SERVICE. THE ENTERTAINMENT WAS GREAT TOO. THE SINGERS WERE VERY EASY ON THE EARS. YOU CAN TALK AND NOT YELL. I WILL BE BACK!
Quality, quality, quality, old fashioned good banqueting and great service. Steak on a Rock is highly recommended! The bacalaou (sorry for misspelling), is another hit. Can't say enough good things about this place.
OK, there is no getting around that Lusitania, a beloved Yonkers restaurant, looks like a dive bar from the outside. Walk in from the Lockwood Ave entrance into the bar and you are certain that it's a dive bar! What it really is is a family restaurant with no pretense at all, just good food, and friendly staff. Kind of like a great diner's waitresses rather than waiters who put on airs. Huge portions to take home left overs for the next day. Fair prices and a relaxed...
