Waiting for my order, I saw one of the employees gave a spoon to a customer to taste her coffee. Once the customer was done and returned the spoon, the employee used it to make someone else's coffee. I had already order a coffee and was waiting for my food, once I saw that I left. Beware!

This place has so much potential, but i guess the owners dont care. The place looks dirty and careless.

Sticky, smelly, dusty, rundown. Used to love this place but wow they have let it go. Bathroom smelled worse than a porta potty. Told the waitress who didn’t seem to care and no one addressed it the whole time we were there. The stairs going down to the bathrooms were sticky like they hadn’t been washed in months. Food also wasn’t very good and was concerned about how clean the kitchen was based on the rest of this place. Whole place looks like whoever owns it just doesn’t care anymore. Bar being held together by tape, walls have plaster with no paint. Stay away!

They have good food and decent service. Pls carefully review your receipt. Service tip is already included on the bill. They charge additional fee when you pay with debit or credit plus they ask for additional tip.
The restaurant needs some updating.

I always go for the oxtail (favorite for diners) on Thursday. You have to go for an early dinner to make sure it is still available. Lunch special is a great bargin.

I guess I'm just a likeable person, I don't get the bad vibes from any of the staff there. I eat there 3-4 times a week. My go to meal is the Chofan and plantains. Food is flavorful and not dry. Lady at the register "La Flaca" always greets me with a smile and makes me feel welcome. The 3.5 rating is not indicative of the level of service and quality of food there. Only thing they could work on is the decor there, a complete dining room rehab would definitely make this place a lot more appealing on the eyes.
Like in anything your experience will differ from others.
For me, they gonna continue to get my money and patronage.

Over all, it’s a better choice than other places around. Liked the available parking and the place looks good and organized. Food was good.

Being in a semi with husband we travel a lot! I have eaten so much different food and in so many different places. And I can tell you that this place made my top 10. I had the cuban sandwich and is was so good. The Pork tasted amazing it was so moist and juicy. There was a review I saw that knocked the cuban they were nuts because the pork was differently not dry. It was like I made it in my crockpot at home and it was slow cooking for hours with flavor and the juiciness. My husband had the steak sandwich which was good. It had to be, he inhaled it and was done before me. We will definitely be back if we are ever in the area again. So if your in the area please stop here you won't regret it.
