The food I received was completely unacceptable and unsafe. The rice was spoiled, but the overwhelming amount of dry, flavorless pork on top initially masked the smell until I moved it around and the foul odor hit me. Within hours of eating, I became sick with food poisoning symptoms. Uber Eats refunded me, but this was one of the worst dining experiences I have ever had. Please believe the horrible reviews.

The person at the register doesn't know how to treat customers. I placed my order over the phone, walked in, and paid my bill expecting her to give me my order. She never asked the other people who were busy filling other orders if mine was ready. She made me wait. It wasn't until I asked if my order was ready that I finally got it. Instead of apologizing, she blamed me for what happened.

I ordered A paella for 3 people now it only had 3 shrimps, lobster tail was only shell NO MEAT AT ALL NO CRAB MEAT AND EXTREMLY SALTY......
They disappeared my grubhub order, no one knew where it was. And even though I am picking up cooked food I had to wait 15 min for them to remake my order and hand it over. Only to later find out they didn't even bother to give me any utensils nor napkins. The soda was also warm. But the worse part was the exagerrated amount of gravy place in the chicken and around it. It made a huge mess before I even opened the bag

I went to this restaurant because it was close to my return of a long drive. I was so disgusted as to how the food display was so dirty. The windows where the food is displayed has mold on the edge, the vent above the food had mold and a nasty dark brown goo that was dripping. The ceiling tiles has obvious built in grease with webs and dust bunny like stuff on it. The area where they cut the chicken, they have statues a d saints with money and a substance dripping from where they balled up money is. The ladies serving do not use gloves. I was just so disgusted in what I saw and couldn't believe they had the nerve to serve food. I made it very clear I would report this restaurant to the DOH. I DO NOT RECOMMEND TO EAT THERE.

Waiting for my order, I saw one of the employees gave a spoon to a customer to taste her coffee. Once the customer was done and returned the spoon, the employee used it to make someone else's coffee. I had already order a coffee and was waiting for my food, once I saw that I left. Beware!
