My friend and son went to get the Grinch McDonald's Meal and no socks were given for both meals! Where are my socks. Of course you call and nobody picks up the phone. Ever.

I don't understand why this restaurant can't complete orders when delivery is involved. There no napkins straws cream or sugar for coffee offered. Ppl are turning into robots there is no extra thought or accuracy just mechanical movements.

Mobile order pick up at drive thru, had to wait for my order at another window, got order but they forgot to give me my drink. Finally get my drink after getting their attention, take a bite out of my Big Mac, it has an awful smell to it, a chemical like smell, which means that the Big Mac sauce has went bad. (Food Service Employee here). Tried to call since I’m a bit far from them and of course no one picks up the phone. Service and Food is a -F

This McDonald's location is getting a well-deserved face lift and will be back in business very shortly, so I know this upgrade will make customers very happy the food,service will be excellent
I’m glad they fixed it and put that they’re temporarily closed but I really hope they open soon. It sucks not having a McDonald’s in the area.
