They expect us to eat and drink according to their taste. They used Artificial sweetener in my coffees When my mobile order clearly said regular sugar. This is not the first time. Also, they never Put the sugar correctly, if I ask for three sugar, they put one. Sometimes none. And sometimes artificial sweetener which taste so different and gross. Also, I ignore artificial sweeteners for medical reasons. Same goes for cream. They never get the correct order.

One of the worst McDonalds i have ever visited, cold and disgusting food, i got sick from eating there big Mac and quarter pounder, don’t know which of the 2 burgers made me sick, I’m not buying anything at McDonalds anymore this is the 3rd time in 2 years that i have gotten sick after eating at a McDonalds.. this was there last chance to give me good food and good service. I should of read all the 1 stars reviews before going here. They all were right, you’ve been warned…

Food is good, and service is fast and polite.
But it’s hard to relax and eat when the door between the dining room and the kitchen is slammed over and over and over and over and over.
It’s used primarily by a drive-thru runner, which is fine. And no one says they should be making sure the door closes softly behind them. But maybe management should put in something that allows the door to shut quietly on its own?
It’s not that it’s just a loud close. It sounds like someone is angry, and it happens about once every two minutes.

I nicely asked this lady with blue buns in her hair to throw out an empty mcdonald’s cup I had and she looked at me and told me to just “throw it on the floor” and I was like “throw it on the floor???” and she goes yea and waved me off and shut the window. It just really pissed me off because she could have said no sorry we don’t do that or simply just threw it out for me but she felt so entitled for whatever reason that she told me to throw it on the floor. Horrible.

This Spanish lady spit on my food gusting service Spanish manage lady she is so rude and horrible she rob me and over charged me and didn’t want to refund my money after she robbed me she act like she was calling the cops in order not to give me my money back

This is absolutely unacceptable. I placed an order through Uber Eats from McDonald's, and my order was INCOMPLETE. I paid for items that were never delivered, and this is a massive failure on your part. Just because I order online doesn’t mean I wont react to your mistakes. Do your job!!!
