For the past three times I have come here, they have given me the wrong order ( wrong sandwich), the meat for the sandwich was not even chewable ( roast beef and Philly cheese, no flavor at all, and all I got were weird attitudes from the workers. Love the bagels but it’s not worth my attention any longer.

Have the lady cover her hair...Decent bagels. Stop going because the price is changed too much can't keep up. I'm better off baking my own Bagels at home.

I used to visit the store everyday I’d go to work, to get my sandwich, after maybe a year they started to do whatever they wanted to do with my sandwich, not following my instructions about how I wanted it to be, it was not hard, just not to add some ingredients. As I saw this I said I’ve been coming here for long time and most of the staff already knew what I wanted, I had to find another place where my needs are care taken properly.

Great bagels. Small place but they are very quick. Lots of people working to get you out the door. A few tables but not a lot. Parking on the street.

I’ve been going here for years, but since the start of February 2025 they have started to noticeably scrimp on bagel toppings and cream cheese. They only give you a tiny sliver of lox so it just isn’t worth ordering anymore. The bagels haven’t been as fresh either.

If you want good quick morning deli stuff or afternoon lunch stuff it’s great. Quick. Good.

Cream cheese and lox bagel listed for 8.75 online, it’s $12 when i went in to get it, tastes plain and has nothing special to it. Line is always long, extremely loud place in general, workers are always running around like headless chicken and their service is absolutely trash.

I came in today on my way to work at about 530am. There was one other person in front of me, who walked in just before I did. He was served quickly and then I was ignored as the woman working the counter suddenly began taking orders of the likely regulars that came in after me. I stood there looking at the workers awaiting help, and the woman working the counter simply ignored me, avoiding my gaze. Five customers later a gentleman asked me my order, which was a simple bagel with butter. Not a good way to begin a long day.
