I came in today on my way to work at about 530am. There was one other person in front of me, who walked in just before I did. He was served quickly and then I was ignored as the woman working the counter suddenly began taking orders of the likely regulars that came in after me. Fast service, friendly staff, generous amount of lox spread, the tres leches cup was amazing! They have everything you could ask for at a price and speed that can't be beat! I was served by Nathan and I just wanted something simple but I heard him give great recommendations to another customer on what to order and how to customize to their liking.
Love, love, love coming here every time I visit New York! The quality and service here is always outstanding and I look forward to all the variety of sandwiches, pastries, and more they have every time I visit.
