Genuinely the best Mexican food I’ve had in Westchester, maybe even New York. And that’s saying something from native Californians! Tortillas and ingredients were very fresh and authentic. Prices were beyond reasonable. We’ll definitely be regular customers!

I live down the street from Palisades Ave that has 5 small restaurants offering dining in and takeout. Mendoza is absolutely my favorite restaurant out of the 5. Their food is delicious, the place is always clean and the staff is super friendly. I 100% recommend trying Mendoza and if you do I am sure you will become a regular like me. Your tastebuds will thank you😊

We ordered Cafe Mendoza for our baby shower and couldn't have been happier. The food was incredible. They provided a customized menu for 50 people, gave a tasting in the restaurant and provided all this at a very reasonable price! Their food was fresh and so tasty, all of our guests were impressed. Their shrimp skewer appetizer was phenomenal, their guacamole was a crowd pleaser, people raved about the barbecue ribs and even their rice and beans were great. They delivered on time and one employee set up quickly and efficiently. It's run by a husband and wife team so it's really supporting a local business. This is authentic Mexican at its finest. Couldn't recommended this place more, you will be impressed.

Stopped in after a long, heavy traffic drive. They made the guacamole fresh just after I ordered and it was amazing! Aqua fresca was really tasty and burrito was also good--liked that it came with salad instead the typical rice and beans. Definitely recommend!

Had the Al Pastor Burrito! Delicious and so fresh! Veggie Quesadilla such an amazing alternative that was also very fresh and filling! Make sure to grab a fresh water juice the cucumber lime was extremely refreshing and the Mango Lime felt like you were biting into a Fresh Mango! 10/10

The food was well prepared and delicious I ordered steak (tampiqueña) it was perfectly cooked , it comes with a side of enchiladitas de pollo, a side of Mexican orange rice (tastes like home) black beans, and side of tortillas. Their prices are unbeatable for the quality of the food they have .
Place was awesome! I walked in and it felt like I was at home already. Food was great, spicy sauce was ACTUALLY spicy (and tasty as well) and the server Jose was very helpful. Worth it!

So I ate here for the first time today. Must I say the food was amazing. I had Alambre de chicken with rice and beans, everything was seasoned to perfection. The service was great from Jose who explained different dishes to me. The atmosphere is welcoming and the place is very clean.

Very friendly owner/staff. I ordered flautas and instead of being served frozen and fried, I watched the lady in the back hand roll them. While looking in the kitchen, I saw just how clean the food prep area was. Food was excellent.
