I don't know what these people are talking about in these reviews the place is great the food is great it's the best beef patty with cheese and cocoa bread I ever had they're nothing but respectful their prices are great they're cheaper than all the competitors I'm starting to think some of these bad reviews are from other competition cuz I don't see any of the things that these people are talking about he makes everything fresh and I'm a real lake Avenue native I still live here most of the people from my neighborhood Go to Mickey's keep up the good work don't worry about the haters

I used to go to that pizzeria many times but after the behavior of the owner I will not buy there again he was always disrespectful I am a minor and when I give him money he gets angry and start talking badly about me as if I were an older man I am just a child and he does not care when I wanted to pay for something or ask something he always yell at me and say take a seat or I will not take your order you stress me out and many other things I do not know if it is only with me or with other people but this is the worst place to buy pizza

Took my daughter to practice around here. Rushed out and didn't grab a bite to eat. I was in the mood for pizza. A quick Google maps search revealed the closest one (Mickey's Pizzeria).
The nice lady at the register was nice enough to let me borrow a quarter for the meters. Asked for a regular slice and some ice tea. I then went to PT quarter in the meters (15 minutes). By the time I came back the pizza was almost ready. After it was done, I went to the car and dropped it off, then came back to give the nice lady her quarter back.
The pizza was amazing. Very tasty and crispy. Will definitely be back to try the rest of the menu.

From the time I been living here in Yonkers which has been about 10yrs, This Pizzeria is my favorite !! I definitely love all the food I have been ordering & the owner is always in a respectful friendly mood. This place is a 10/10 for me.

The food is ok, the owner has a terrible ego and attitude problem , we had an issue in the past over the phone because he doesn’t know how to speak to people respectfully and is very condescending , when he realized we were regulars because we live in the area he apologized and we started going back , tonight we had another issue with him over the phone , we wanted to make a last minute adjustment and since he didn’t want to re-enter the order , he was going to add the difference on the tip section of the credit card payment , the difference was 2$ he insisted it was 5$ .he speaks over you and speaks to you like a child , I told him to cancel the order and hung up . When we called back to get a refund , he tried to “explain to me” and when I explained to him his error he said he was wrong but I needed to learn to communicate, it was the most hypocritical, unnecessary , unprofessional thing to say. Instead of apologizing and moving forward with the order he tried to teach me a lesson , when he was wrong . It was mind blowing . He told me he was wrong but all I do is talk talk talk . Not only is the customer always right , but he admitted he was wrong and proceeded to handle the situation with an ego instead of like a professional. They lost us for good this time , because once can be forgiven , no one is perfect , but now we know this man just has an ego and attitude problem and he lets it effect his customer service.

My boys and I always go to eat Pizza here after they get their haircuts. The pizza and garlic knots are my favorite so full of flavor. They also make really good penne vodka with grilled chicken. The owner is so sweet and generous. He is very attentive always makes sure you feel welcomed and comfortable when dining in the restaurant. I recently ordered 5 large pies for my son’s birthday party and my order was done in 20 minutes, the price was exceptional and the best part everyone at the party loved the pizza. Definitely my go to place for pizza :)
Kid-friendliness: The owner always comes out from behind the counter to talk with my boys. He even took them in the kitchen one time to show them how the pizza is made. My boys were so excited about it ?

When I went to buy pizza, I asked him how much it cost and he told me it was 17 dollars and I only had 15. He agreed to give me the pizza, but I asked him if he could give me a pepperoni one and he responded in a disgusting way and he gave me my money back
