We ordered the hibachi chicken, shrimp, and steak combo with fried rice and noodles, 1 side soup, 1 side of California rolls (4 pieces), and 1 side salad. A bottle of Peach Soju and 2 Margaritas. Healthy bill for healthy service and a healthy tip. The food was decent but far from special. (5/10) The website says closed at 10:30. We arrived at 9:47 for a regular hibachi dinner only to be told the grill closed at 9:30, so we took a booth. At 9:52, before we even throughly looked at the menu, 1 waiter told us the bar and kitchen closes at 10. We exchange thank you's and get to it. Not even a minute later our actual server comes and she just tells us to put an order in because the chef is trying to leave. I told her I understand but another waiter literally just told us we have until 10 so if I can have 3 minutes to at least look at the menu, I'd appreciate it. She set her timer and said "Ok, 9:55" and left on that note. No water or anything hospitable. She comes back 3 minutes later and takes our order and the food came out about 10 minutes later. We sat for about 5 minutes before we realized they forgot both of our fried rice. Our order was fulfilled by 10:20. After 5-8 minutes of eating, drinking and dialogue, they started to push the out time, leaving the bill on the table and hovering over us the whole time while our food was still hot. The ambiance was a little weird after that so I figured let's just pay now so they can leave us alone to finally enjoy our meal. 2-3 minutes pass and they ask us if we want boxes. Not trying to be difficult so I say yes figuring WE would situate everything once we were finished. They come out seconds later picking up our plates and scraping them with the chef standing behind them speaking another language the whole time. It was just very awkward and weird at that point. The service was at a bare minimum to say the least, they never even brought us water or napkins until I asked. I work in the service industry so I still left a double digit tip because I get it, to an extent. I understand people are ready to clock out but that is not my responsibility and if your close times are all over the place with a hard out time, maybe you should revise some policies and not be rude and practically kick out your paying customers. It's hard for me to accept that if I got there 17 minutes earlier the experience would be different. I'll pray for anyone who goes in at 9:50 when the restaurant says it closes at 10:30. There are definitely better places that are also more worth it.

I never heard of a hibachi place being à la cart!!! You don’t get rice unless you order it and pay extra you don’t get lo mein, unless you pay extra, I will never go there again

Worst hibachi I’ve ever had! Service was bad, we ordered our drinks as soon as we sat down and they didn’t come until after the hibachi chef was done and cleaning the grill. (About 30-35 minutes later) it was a passion fruit mojito and on top that it took forever, it tasted horrible! Ordered the spring rolls for appetizers and it was the most disgusting thing, it was hot on the outside and cold on the inside. Tasted like the spring rolls from Costco. I’ve never been to a hibachi that only gives the option of soup OR salad. Every other hibachi restaurant gives you both. The food was not great. Again you have to choose between rice OR noodles, you don’t get both. I went with the rice and it was unfortunately hard. Not good at all. Only giving it 2 stars because my hibachi chef was really nice.

I just did a order to take out . And the chicken was not done . Is horrible , this was the 2 timeOrder and is not fair that I pay and the food is not done . Please when I call next time don’t call meA liar. Is disgusting how you call the customers!

The food was good but the service was awful. My grand daughter and I ordered from group A which consisted of shrimp, steak, chicken, noodles, and vegetables. After much anticipation the cook only put noodles on my plate, and my grand daughter only received the rice she ordered on the side. I had to tell him what we ordered. He went back was gone 15 minutes before he return with what we ordered. Now we had to wait until he cooked our meal. There was no apology and to boot the tip was added to the bill that I must say was pretty steep. I won't go there again. Dinner took almost two hours.

Food was very good. We all had hibachi dinners. The service was quick and friendly. Ambiance was nice. We enjoyed the lighting and seating was comfortable.

I'm on a company trip and I'm staying over at the Hyatt next door. I was craving for some Habachi and decided to go here. We had a small group of 7. When the chef came out, he started out up beat and seemed like your typical hibachi chef doing all the silly shenanigans. He seemed to target one of the ladies that didn't want to try the Sake at first by calling her "Honey" multiple times. As he's cooking the food, he ends up cooking everything and forgetting everybody's order.... on 4 different occasions. Our party ended up numerous times with no steak, no chicken, no vegetables.. the chef had to come back three different times to finish cooking everything since it was forgotten multiple times. I unfortunately was last on the totem pole and had to wait for the third time he came out to cook for my vegetables and chicken. Food was great, I had no issues there outside of my chicken being chopped so small into bite sized pieces. Our whole group was pretty irritated about the situation, and there was not much in terms of an apology other than a "Service Charge" of 18%. I wish it was optional because the service was pretty poor. Overall, food was great, but the service was definitely lacking. Maybe it was an off night or new chef. Who knows?

TERRIBLE customer service. The workers do not know how to correctly service people and have no people skills. Another guest experienced racial discrimination where her son was called “monkey boy”, which is preposterous and disrespectful.

The food is good. Portions change even when it is the same food you always order. There was hair in my food, like lots of it. I told the manager he said he can change it. That's all he did. I was going often, but after my last time, im good on this restaurant. I won't be returning. Good
