Good caring people work here, I have always had a good meal, and good conversation. Yes they are new owners, and I cant imagine how stressful running your own business can be. I give them credit for their hard work, good food, and compassion. When the stress of work and the real world dies down, for those few minutes I get to sit and eat, its nice to know theres still a few kind and genuine people still around. Thanks Issa. This used to be my favorite deli until they switched owners a while back and now it's been nothing but problems. We ordered breakfast just after 10am and we're told it would take 30 minutes only for the food to come over an hour later. Upon opening our food, one of the meals was so badly over-cooked and burnt we could not even eat it. So we call the deli back and they offered to bring us a new plate "in a few minutes". OVER AN HOUR later (now it's 12:40 pm- LUNCH time) we still didn't receive the new plate so I call back to tell them we do not want the new plate, so much time has passed and we just want a refund. The lady on the phone starts arguing with me telling me the delivery guy will be there in 15 minutes. I tell her it's almost 1 pm and well past breakfast time meanwhile we were told it would be here "in a few minutes" over an hour ago. Finally the food arrives and we tell the man we do not want it, we just want a refund, it's been way too long and we already spoke with a woman at the deli. He proceeds to ARGUE with me and then asks to see the burnt food even though we told him it was in the garbage! So we went through the garbage and showed him and he still argued with us about the refund, then told us to "never call back again"!!!!!! What kind of horrible customer service is this?? We waited hours for inedible food, even showed them the horrible food but yet we're getting talked back to? Don't worry, we most certainly will NEVER be ordering from them again, we will be sure to let our entire office know as well (which is well over 300 employees). Avoid this place at all costs, it's not the same as last year and that's a shame.
